Other mistake: There are quite a few shots where the black fur color is faded on different areas of Ruh's body, and we can see the real color of the animal, particularly on Ruh's legs and face. Ruh was played by a few striped tigers that were dyed black with hair dye. Additionally, Kodo's and Podo's coloring and facial markings noticeably change in many close-ups. Numerous ferrets were used to play Dar's "cunning" adorable helpers.

Other mistake: At lunch, when Sam is using a spoon to shape his mashed potatoes on the tray, his right arm clips through the tray just as he says, "Maybe I should clear out the east wall like this." Then, when Sam says, "Maybe I should fortify the south side first," he's using the spoon to move the mashed potatoes on top of the tray, but his arm and spoon are under the tray, so it looks as if the potatoes move on their own. Additionally, when Sam states that he's so confused, the spoon held up in his right hand appears to vanish in the next shot.

When Rocksteady mutters, "And then, umm, we went that way," both Shredder and Bebop partly step off the transporter platform, so they're partially standing in mid-air.

Other mistake: When Irma finds April's Turtlecom and fortuitously contacts the Turtles, Leo answers the call and holds up the communicator in his right hand. The problem is that in the close-ups of Leo's open communicator, the animation of his wrist area is not complete, so his hand looks disembodied. Additionally, after Leonardo answers the Turtlecom call from Irma, she asks, "Who are you?" and in the next shot of the Turtlecom Irma is holding up, we see Raphael moving his lips as he says, "I'm Leonardo."

Other mistake: Snow: After Grandpa turns the street into an ice rink, it cuts to Arnold in the backyard (by the garage) of Sunset Arms where he's been stowing logs in a storage container. When Grandpa shows up in the backyard and tells Arnold, "You got no play ethic," we see the fronts of Green Meats and Art's Shoe Repair behind Grandpa, but that's impossible because Sunset Arms is on the same side of the street as those two stores; we should only see the buildings/stores that are across the street from the boarding house. It then cuts to Cactus Jack before he begins the journey, and at the start of this shot as he places Whiskey's bit, we can see the signpost with three wooden arrow signs and the hillside behind him. This is the same location where Cactus Jack lays trap number seven, named "the tunnel in the hillside," on the next day during the journey; noticeable when Handsome and Charming arrive.
