Continuity mistake: When Carlotta goes to check on Louis she shouts his name, and in the first shot of Louis note the buttons on his shirt are on the proper side, but in the chef's closeup as he apologizes to Carlotta, his buttons are now on the opposite side. (00:54:35)

Continuity mistake: After Sebastian knocks over the bowl onto the chef's head, when Louis goes after Sebastian with the cleaver the style of the handle and the blade changes when Louis lifts the cleaver over his head and then chops the table. It happens again when the cleaver blade is rammed into the floor in front Sebastian, and in the next shot as Sebastian turns around the cleaver style has changed again. (00:54:10)

Continuity mistake: When Carlotta brings the plates for the meal they all have a dome cover with a top handle, but when Sebastian runs across the table those handles have changed. (00:54:50)

Continuity mistake: When the Highway Patrol Officer hands the driver license back to Marion, in the interior shot he's holding it out with his right hand and Marion takes it with her left hand, but in the next exterior shot he's handing it to her with his left hand and Marion is taking it with her right hand. Continuity mistake: When Rocky is carrying Adrian home after their wedding, Adrian is still wearing her bridal veil cap and we see the lace design closeup, but when they're inside the apartment Adrian is wearing an entirely different veil cap.

Continuity mistake: The rememory recording headpiece has a single button on only one side, which lights up when activated. While Sam is with Todd he listens to Todd's history, and when Sam activates the device he holds the headpiece out for Todd to "prove it." In the first shot Sam's holding the side with the lit-up button, but in the next shot the headpiece is turned the opposite way, with the lit-up button facing Todd as Sam's holding the other side of the headpiece. Continuity mistake: At the end, when Sam places the last few mini figurines on the hex riser display, note the house's chimney stack faces to the right, but when Sam picks up the display the chimney faces to the left. There are some other difference between these shots, such as the miniature tree under Dash's car goes from full green foliage to sparse, then back to full. (01:45:40)

Revealing mistake: At the start, when the girls in the bunk are standing in front of the mirror, the first shot of them looks as if the camera is facing the mirror and we're seeing their reflection, but note that neither the buttons on Alexa's blouse nor her white bracelet are on the opposite side. The "mirror" is actually regular glass with the girls standing behind the glass to mimic a reflection, though Alexa's blouse and bracelet reveal the secret. (00:03:05)

Continuity mistake: When Jake handcuffs himself to Captain Holt, the cuffs around each of their wrists consists of double metal bars connected to a single bar. The direction of the handcuffs changes a few times, going round their wrists the opposite way, which is quite impossible. Then the same thing occurs when Boyle handcuffs himself to Holt. (00:09:35)

Revealing mistake: After Samantha restores The Leprechaun's power he walks into the backyard, and when Endora, who's on the roof, uses her powers to have him float up to join her, the wire cables can be seen giving him the needed boost upwards.
