Amy: So you were right. No new paintings. We didn't make a difference at all.
The Doctor: I wouldn't say that. The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. Hey. The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things or make them unimportant. And we definitely added to his pile of good things.

[Van Gogh overhears conversation.]
The Doctor: But I just wondered, between you and me, in a hundred words, where do you think Van Gogh rates in the history of art?
Dr. Black, museum curator: Well, um, big question. But, to me, Van Gogh is the finest painter of them all. Certainly the most popular, great painter of all time. The most beloved. His command of color the most magnificent. He transformed the pain of his tormented life into ecstatic beauty. Pain is easy to portray, but to use your passion and pain to portray the ecstasy and joy and magnificence of our world, no one had ever done it before. Perhaps no one ever will again. To my mind, that strange, wild man who roamed the fields of Provence was not only the world's greatest artist, but also one of the greatest men who ever lived.

Visible crew/equipment: After Joey dips his finger into the hot wax and smears it all over his hands, when Sonya walks out of the back room we can see her tape mark on the floor, which she promptly steps on.

Visible crew/equipment: After Miss Togar leaves the gym Coach tells the girls to hit the shower then blows her whistle, and when Riff tells the girls to go the taped T-mark can be seen on the floor at the bottom of the screen, just as the girls rush off (it is not a basketball line marking). Other mistake: While the school is burning, a few shots after the closeup of Kate and Tom kissing, there's another shot of an explosion and it's a flipped shot, note the writing is backwards on the banner. (01:30:10)

Continuity mistake: When Eaglebauer brings Kate to be Tom's "training partner" the rearview mirror in Eaglebauer's car vanishes, reappears, and vanishes again. (00:31:50)

Continuity mistake: When the paper airplane flies into the classroom in the wideshot, there's a guy wearing a striped shirt sitting at the back who vanishes in the next closeup. (00:16:10)

Revealing mistake: After Fritz throws the paper airplane, when it flies into the first locker and comes out through the last locker, the wire pulling the paper can be seen here and then again in a following shot. (00:16:05)

Continuity mistake: When Mitch and Matt are on the jetski headed out to the burning boat, Mitch tells Matt to take the throttle, and we see both of Mitch's hands remain on the steering, but in the next shot Mitch has the rescue can's black shoulder strap hanging crossbody across his chest; it has suddenly appeared between shots. Continuity mistake: While Arthur tries to convince Spence about the card, when Spence bites into the fake cookie he's holding it in his left hand and holding the plate in his right hand, but in the next shot facing Arthur the items have switched hands. (00:16:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After Caine tells everyone the bird is only a creature of the earth they rush to see the boy, and just as the door is opened in the overhead shot we can see the hair of a crewmember under the crow, at the left side of the screen. Presumably it's the animal trainer. (00:28:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When the crow is on the cross Caine tells the crowd there's nothing to be afraid of in a bird, and just as he explains that it's only a creature of the earth, the shadow of the animal trainer can be seen motioning to the trained bird, then it flies off and lands on the trainer's hand. Funny to see Caine and the crowd turn and pretend to watch the bird fly in the opposite direction. (00:28:10)

Revealing mistake: When Fierro's hawk lands on the boy's arm, we can see the protective gear wrapped around the boy's arm under his sleeve. (00:06:10)

Visible crew/equipment: Near the start, after the chopper crashes in the field, while Jack Riley is talking to Von Schauer and George Wilson we can see the small microphone clipped to Jack's shirt under his tie. (00:05:40)

D'Argo and...and Aeryn brought your corpse up here and I...I revived you. Oh...yes. The others, yeah, they wanted to set your body adrift, uh...but I insisted I could save your life. And I did!
John: [Laughing] Of course you did. It's not Kansas. And you're way too homely to be Auntie Em. Come here, Toto. [Gives Rygel a big kiss].

Revealing mistake: While Lucy and Vivian are on the boat we can see the two long tracks on the floor in the boat's galley, so when Viv falls asleep in the chair she brought from home, the chair legs are able to keep gliding along the tracks on the floor from one side to the other. (00:19:45)
