Visible crew/equipment: After the opening credits and intro at the start, in the first shot, just before the 'Britton and Sons Hats' glass door begins to open inward, the reflection of the camera and cameraman can be seen on the glass surface.(00:01:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When Gibbs is on the phone with Sharif, Gibbs asks him, "Who were they? Wife? Family?" and just as he says the word "wife" we can see an actor's red tape mark on the floor at the corner of DiNozzo's desk, which wasn't there a minute earlier when McGee walked over to DiNozzo.(00:31:30 - 00:32:45)
Visible crew/equipment: When Gibbs is discussing Lt. Seabrook with Dr. Pike, just as Gibbs says, "Gonna need your security tapes and access logs that you keep, Doctor," the cameraman's reflection can be seen moving on the glass surface.(00:10:25)

This is only visible in the fullscreen version.(00:51:20)

Trivia: During Bob's 'open for business' daydream, the man who has his hand up cupped over his ear while he says, "Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm next," is Gary Owens, who played the Announcer on the 60s-70s TV show 'Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In' and always had his hand cupped over his ear. In a few other episodes we only hear his very distinct voice.

Amy: So you were right. No new paintings. We didn't make a difference at all. The Doctor: I wouldn't say that. The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. Hey. The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things or make them unimportant. And we definitely added to his pile of good things.
[Van Gogh overhears conversation.] The Doctor: But I just wondered, between you and me, in a hundred words, where do you think Van Gogh rates in the history of art?
Dr. Black, museum curator: Well, um, big question. But, to me, Van Gogh is the finest painter of them all. Certainly the most popular, great painter of all time. The most beloved. His command of color the most magnificent. He transformed the pain of his tormented life into ecstatic beauty. Pain is easy to portray, but to use your passion and pain to portray the ecstasy and joy and magnificence of our world, no one had ever done it before. Perhaps no one ever will again. To my mind, that strange, wild man who roamed the fields of Provence was not only the world's greatest artist, but also one of the greatest men who ever lived.
