Visible crew/equipment: While Annie, Miss Hannigan, and the inspector are in the bathroom, just as Annie says, "Bye, Mr Inspector," right above Miss Hannigan's hand we can see in the mirror's reflection that something dips into view, presumably the boom mic.

Continuity mistake: After Timothy has kidnapped Caitlin from the church, it cuts to an exterior wideshot of the car heading to Niagara Falls and we can see the rear-view mirror on the windshield, but in the closeup of Charly and Mitch the mirror has vanished.

Visible crew/equipment: When the gunman tries to flee in the ambulance Jerry rams the truck into the vehicle to prevent his escape, and when Captain Grover pulls the gunman out of the ambulance, we can see the boom pole/mic's reflection moving on the windshield.

Other mistake: While Baz, Fin, and the others are on their way to Matt at Van Nuys Airport, they're blocked in every direction by police cars, and there's a closeup of the rearview mirror which shows their vehicle's clear view through the back windshield, so we can see the police patrol car behind them. The problem is that the view out the vehicle's back windshield is not clear, but actually obscured by camo netting.

He cannot be in two places at once.

Continuity mistake: When they're all in the 'movie car', Baz is wearing his leather necklace and bead necklace, but when they get to the flight school the bead necklace vanishes, yet when they all walk into the surplus warehouse that bead necklace is back round his neck, and when they're outside it's gone again.
