Continuity mistake: When Robbie Ray busts Miley for the fake rash, she says, "I'm healed...!" and her hands are empty, but in the following shot the phone is back in her hand.

Continuity mistake: At his apartment, as Dr. Pincus stirs the milk on the stove, when Frank is in the kitchen talking about why he doesn't like Richard, the white mug changes position on the counter. (01:00:45)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Pincus is in Gwen's apartment sitting on the chair next to the Great Dane, Gwen sits on the couch, opposite him. When Gwen sprays the air freshener she holds the can out as it heavily mists the air all around, in front of her. Yet in the shots facing Dr. Pincus, there are no droplets whatsoever in front of him. Continuity mistake: When Marjorie's daughter reads the letter, she holds the envelope with the tear facing out, but then the envelope faces the opposite way, with the tear facing her. (01:24:15)

Continuity mistake: Having given Richard the nitrous oxide, Frank and Dr. Pincus pass three cars near the corner and they continue walking up the street. Those cars are visible in the distance behind Frank as he stands there wondering why he's still there, but in the next shot as he still stands there he is back beside those cars. (01:12:20)

Revealing mistake: After giving Richard the nitrous oxide, when Frank and Dr. Pincus walk down the street they pass under the apartment building's awning which has the convex mirrors, and Frank's reflection is visible as they walk by. (01:11:20)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Pincus joins Gwen to examine Pepe, in the first overhead shot of Pepe the things on the table around his head change in the next shot. (00:41:10)

Revealing mistake: When all the ghosts wake up Dr. Pincus, he goes to the elevator where there are more ghosts, and in the shot facing Dr. Pincus the ghosts do not have a reflection in the mirror behind him. Odd though that they have reflections in windows - such as when the naked guy sneaks into Dr. Pincus's bedroom, countertops - such as when Frank sits at the bar counter with him, etc. (00:27:05)

Audio problem: At the hospital, just before it cuts to Dr. Pincus answering, or rather not answering, the nurse's admittance questions, when a doctor asks about his charts as he says, "I appreciate it," his mouth is not in sync with the words. (00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Pincus sits and stares at the three bottles of white Colyte solution, there is a close-up of one of the prescription labels with a red sticker underneath reading "warning: laxative agent". The red sticker is gone in all the other shots of the bottles. (00:08:35)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Pincus pours the white Colyte solution from the bottle into his drinking glass, the liquid is about an inch from the top of the glass in the overhead shot, but next shot as he lifts the glass there is considerably less liquid in his glass. (The other MM mistake notes the level of liquid in the bottle.) (00:08:40)

Visible crew/equipment: The night before his procedure, when Dr. Pincus arrives at his apartment he removes his coat, and just as he begins to walk past the frame the reflection of the cameraman is visible on the glass, behind Dr. Pincus's reflection. (00:08:20)

Continuity mistake: The day after his procedure, when Dr. Pincus is wheeled to the elevator and asks the nurse about all the people in his room the night before, the handle on his overnight bag flips to the other side between shots. (00:13:15)

Trivia: Included in the film's soundtrack are the songs from performers/composers who have themselves committed suicide, such as Joe Meek and Rozz Williams.

Continuity mistake: During 'Work It Out', when Troy taps on the pans with the spoon the blonde Wildcat cheerleader walks behind him, in front of the stove. Just as another Wildcat (played by Charles Klapow, the choreographer) dances across the screen with a broom, the entire back of the kitchen is in view and she is gone. Then when it cuts to the close-up, the blonde Wildcat is back by the stove. (00:23:00)

Continuity mistake: At Lava Springs, when Fulton hands Sharpay the marker (to autograph the talent show fliers) it is capless, but in the close-up as she signs her initials the pink cap is on the marker, but then it vanishes again. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: When Frodo is in Shelob's lair, before actually seeing her, there is a semi close-up of a bird swinging about upside-down in the webs. There is thick webbing that stretches from the bird's body to the tip of its beak, but in the next close-up the webbing only reaches halfway down its beak.

Continuity mistake: At the Italian restaurant, Brady's fork is on the plate of spaghetti in shots facing Steve, but in shots facing Brady he's holding his fork.

Continuity mistake: During the champagne-filled "take-or-toss it" scene, when Carrie models the tutu dress, the closed blue bathroom door behind her opens itself, and then closes again, between shots. (00:33:15)
