Emergency! (1972)
Other mistake: After Station 51 is dispatched to the structure fire, just as Roy and Johnny start heading upstairs we see footage from 4x3, "Gossip," when Johnny brings the hose to the stairs at the chemical fire, but the line doesn't reach so he leaves the hose at the bottom step, and they continue up.

Emergency! (1972)
Other mistake: During the structure fire, when Engine 98 rolls up we can see the large red vinyl adhered to the top of the engine's cab. Then, when Truck 106 rolls up we see its company number 106 on the door, but in the overhead shot we can see the number 8 on the roof of the cab, not 106. This presumably means that the door has one of the prop dept's magnetic decals imprinted with 106, and the roof still shows the Truck company's real number.

Camera Bug - S4-E10
Other mistake: While Roy and John are at 68's, Roy goes to the stove to see what Bob was cooking when he started having pain, and the closeup footage we see of the pot of bubbling chilli is the same as some of the footage of Chet's chilli in 4x1, "The Screenwriter," when 'Miss October' stops by the station.

Visible crew/equipment: While en route to the accident, just as we hear the dispatcher inform Engine 51 that the fire is out, in the exterior shot of Squad 51 there's black tape covering much of the lightbar's chrome atop the cab, which vanishes when they roll up on the accident scene.

Emergency! (1972)
Revealing mistake: When Roy's in the ambulance with the man who was rescued from under The Boat, he's on the Biophone with Rampart, and just after Roy says, "So we've occluded the arterial flow in the right arm," in the next shot from inside the ambulance, we can see that they pass a couple of parked GlamourTrams. The ambulance drives around Universal's lot while shooting the footage inside the moving ambulance, en route to Rampart.

Smoke Eater - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: When John and Roy are with the possible MI, while Roy's setting up the IV bag John's on the Biophone with Rampart, and after Brackett orders the IV TKO with MS, we see that Roy's pant leg has nothing on it, but then it cuts to the closeup and suddenly there are strips of torn tape (for IV as usual) on Roy's pant leg.

Smoke Eater - S4-E16
Visible crew/equipment: When Station 51 is dispatched to the 'structure fire', in the shot facing the squad as it starts to roll out, we can see the black tape covering the lightbar's chrome surface atop the squad, which also vanishes at the incident.

Smoke Eater - S4-E16
Audio problem: While Roy and John are with the asthmatic boy, Roy's on the Biophone with Rampart, and we hear Early say, "Administer 0.3 milligrams epinephrin IM," but his mouth is not in sync with the last part, and it looks like he actually said, "Epinephrin IV."

Emergency! (1972)
Other mistake: All the guys are sitting around the table in the day room discussing how smart kids are, and when the tones drop we hear the dispatcher say, "Squad 51 possible assault victim," yet all the guys from the engine company rush off and head to the rig in the apparatus bay, even though only Roy and John were called.

Emergency! (1972)

Emergency! (1972)
Visible crew/equipment: When Brackett, Early, and Morton enter treatment 1 to examine the hallucinating veteran, inside there's a young doctor standing to the left of the door. After Brackett tells Morton he wants an EEG, skull x-rays, and brain scan, when Morton heads to the phone to order the neurological workup, we can see the actor's white tape mark under the gurney, where the young doctor had been standing.
24th Jun 2014
Emergency! (1972)
Continuity mistake: When Squad 51 is dispatched to the "possible assault victim," the address given is "743," but when John and Roy are at the scene the address on the house is 4015.

Daisy's Pick Blind Date - S4-E7
Revealing mistake: When John and Roy bring the hypothermic patient into treatment 3, Morton uses the laryngoscope, but the problem here is that when it's placed we can see that the laryngoscope is actually at the side of the patient's face.

Emergency! (1972)
Continuity mistake: When Dixie walks over to the admitting desk and asks the nurse to stop what she's doing to set up treatment 4, the nurse places the black pen inside the metal folding clipboard and flips it closed, but in the next shot the pen is lying on top of the closed clipboard.

Emergency! (1972)
Other mistake: When John and Roy treat the 12 year old boy in anaphylactic shock, Early states, "Start IV D5W, 1 milligram epinephrin IV push," and John confirms the order. Then after giving Rampart a new set of vitals which are poor, Early orders, "Add 50 milligrams Benadryl IV push." But when John confirms that order he only says, "1 milligram epinephrine IV push," (which is the earlier order) and Early actually okays John's incorrect repeat of the order, even though John did not confirm the order of "50 milligrams Benadryl."

Continuity mistake: At the lion pit, when John loads the photographer onto the stokes he places the yellow blanket package under her head, and as Captain Stanley, Marco, and Roy lift the stokes out of the pit, we can see that the package is under her head the opposite way.
