Visible crew/equipment: At the reception, Cathy takes Alex's hand because she wants him to meet someone, and in the next shot Phyllis crouches down. When it cuts to the next wide shot, the top of the set and the boom mic are visible at the top left side of the screen. The boom mic continues to be visible in the following few wide shots, when Cathy asks her mother why Alex was seated up in the balcony and how the mistake was made, then when Cathy walks away. When he reaches Tiffany at the perimeter gate, just as Bond says, "If you see a mad professor in a minibus, just smile," we can see the reflection of the boom pole/mic on the car's windshield, as well as the hood. Visible crew/equipment: In the cargo bay, Odo shares with Kira the embarrassing "bedroom eyes" comment he had received from Arissa, and when Kira asks, "Are you going to see her again?," we can see the reflection of the camera operator, who is standing directly behind Odo. (00:08:05)

Continuity mistake: Rachel mentions "the big thing," so Joey sticks his fingers in his ears to block her out. When Rachel pulls on his arms, the only things on the table are Joey's bottled drink, crayons, and coloring paper. In the next shot, we see Rachel's arms and she's not holding anything. It cuts to the next shot facing Joey, as he says, "Well then, it wouldn't be a secret, so yeah, that would be OK," and now there's a drinking glass on the table. Rachel removes it in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: At the start, when the countdown hits 3-2-1, there's a closeup facing the TV, and in the TV's reflection the couch and armchair are both quite empty, but in previous and following shots both have people seated.

Visible crew/equipment: During B'Elanna's turn as the EMH protagonist in the Doctor's holonovel, when mustached "Marseilles" (Tom) enters the room, there are two red T-marks on the floor near the door. Then during Neelix's version as the EMH, when "Captain Jenkins" (Janeway) orders "Tulak" (Tuvok) and "Kymble" (Kim) to take the EMH for reprogramming, white T-marks are visible on the floor. Deliberate mistake: When Barkley goes to see Admiral Paris at Starfleet Command, as Nicole tells the Admiral that Barkley won't go away, there's a photo of the Admiral's son, Tom, on the desk. Tom's Starfleet combadge is at his uniform's right side (it should be on his left). But during the conversation there's a closeup of this photo, and Tom's combadge is now at his left side. This is not a flipped shot. The combadge position in the photo was not edited in the 1st shot, though it was corrected in the 2nd shot. (00:24:00)

Continuity mistake: Bill's car has narrow whitewall tires when he pulls off the road, but in the close-up of the tire when Ralph lifts the car, instead of a whitewall tire there's a Bridgestone tire at the front passenger side.
