Visible crew/equipment: After Chris exits the TARDIS with the medical kit, Romana places the collar around the Professor's neck. When Romana tells Chris that Chronotis, "Should be able to think with it," in the next closeup of Chris the moving boom mic is visible at the top of the screen, before he kneels down.

Deliberate mistake: After Monk and Sharona speak to Gratnik in Dumbo, they take the subway back to Manhattan. While Monk is sobbing, in the first exterior shot the "A" train slows into the 42 St station in Manhattan; note the "A" at the left with the driver on the right, as well as the "42" station sign not reflected backwards, all revealing a flipped shot. Then it's the "C" train when it stops, with Monk and Sharona back in Brooklyn, even further now at the "Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street" platform (used for TV shows and films), in lower Downtown Brooklyn. Visible crew/equipment: When Julius enters the supermarket parking lot, in the long shot we can see the stunt ramp used to lift the driver's side of the car, to go into ski mode. In this and following long shots of the stunt, we can also see the window roll cage bar directly behind the front windshield (the obvious stunt driver grips the roll bar with his left hand and steers with his right hand), as well as the top of the seat supports behind the front headrests. Visible crew/equipment: After Tom tells President Palmer that Sandra has been arrested, when it cuts to the interior shot inside the car with Agent Samuels in the front passenger seat, the camera pans toward the rear passenger window showing all the protesters outside. In this shot there's a reflection of the camera operator's leg, wearing shorts, white socks and sneakers, and who is sitting where Sandra should be.

Visible crew/equipment: When Jack pulls over at the side of the road, as he informs Curtis that Assad is two miles ahead on the service road, the red T-mark is visible on the ground where the two men will stand.

Visible crew/equipment: When John-Boy falls off the ladder and breaks his wrist Zeb drives him to the doctor in the truck. During their drive we can see through the window behind them, and there's a crew member wearing a red shirt riding along in the back, as they drive past a parked 1970s station wagon. The camera and its operator are casting a shadow on Zeb as well. (00:18:25)

Continuity mistake: Level 12 "Grand Theft Scratchy" cutscene: When Marge tells Poochie that even he isn't "extreme enough to resist the power of a stay-at-home mom, with too much time on her hands," Poochie is wearing two bracelets, but next shot both bracelets have vanished, then continues to reappear (even within the same shot) and disappear again.

Continuity mistake: When Rockford is with Agent Kleinhoff on the tarmac, the airplane Rockford boards has N-number N664CL, but the airplane that takes off has many more windows and a Canadian flag (it's not the 70's Air Canada logo) on its tail; then the plane in midair has N-number N953GA. Mid flight there are more discrepancies in the airplane's configuration. Finally, the airplane that lands has the original tail number N664CL. (00:06:35)

Visible crew/equipment: After Tip arrives in his automobile John introduces him to the family. Then, when Tip explains that he didn't know the ages or genders of John's children and gets the candy, the reflections of a crew member and the moving boom mic are visible on the hood's chrome surface facing the camera, as well as on the windshield.
