Revealing mistake: During some scenes, straw-stuffed Scarecrow's pant legs and his boots would sometimes have a gap that reveals the skin of Ray Bolger's leg. Two examples are, at Emerald City when Scarecrow places Lion's "cape" on him, and also when Dorothy and her friends are told the Wizard says to go away. (01:05:50 - 01:07:25)

Continuity mistake: When Professor Marvel guesses why Dorothy is running away, she's holding her suitcase with the lid facing Marvel. But in Toto's closeup, as he snatches the hotdog from Marvel's long grill fork, the suitcase is turned the opposite way with its lid facing Dorothy. Then it changes back, so the suitcase lid faces Marvel again. (00:12:10)

Continuity mistake: After Zeke rescues Dorothy from the crowded pig pen, Hickory wipes his face and neck with the rag in his right hand, but then it cuts to another angle, and the rag is suddenly in his left hand. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: When Dorothy slaps Lion on the nose for chasing Toto and shouts, "Shame on you!" in the wide shot, we see Dorothy's right arm with no mark on her skin. It then cuts to the medium shots, and there's an inexplicable long, thin blue mark (it's not a loose thread) on Dorothy's arm near her elbow, while she's holding Toto. This blue mark vanishes in the wide shot when she puts Toto down, and Lion begins to sing. (00:50:25)

Visible crew/equipment: After Joran supposes that he'll have to make himself more endearing, he suggests to Ezri that she visit the two victims' quarters to find answers. At the start of the next shot, the reflection of the boom operator holding up the boom pole is visible on the glass of the framed photo. (00:29:45)

Continuity mistake: While Dorothy, Tin Man, and Scarecrow are walking in the dark and creepy forest, just as Dorothy begins to sing "Lions and Tigers and Bears" in the medium shot, Tin Man is holding up the axe in his left hand. But it cuts to the long shot, and the axe is in Tin Man's right hand between shots. (00:48:40)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, during the briefing in the wardroom, everyone walks over to the table. And just as Sisko finishes saying, "The Seventh Fleet will be engaging the enemy in the morning," a white tape mark becomes visible on the floor at the actor's feet. (00:00:20)

Visible crew/equipment: After Jadzia plays devil's advocate with Sisko, he tells her she would've made a decent Romulan. Then, when Sisko passes the camera as he walks around his desk, the blue T-mark is visible on the floor behind Jadzia. (00:06:10)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, after the Changeling surprise drill's staff is dismissed, while Sisko and Nerys are walking away, when she asks, "How about some dinner?" at the bottom left side of the screen, there are multiple T-marks visible on the floor behind her, ending with a pink T-mark as Sisko exits. Continuity mistake: When Toad General calls for the council's attention and announces that Bowser found the Super Star, note his shirt buttons. Then, when he says that the Kongs will never agree because their mad king doesn't make alliances, Toad General's shirt is backwards, his buttons are on the opposite side. (00:24:55 - 00:25:35)

Visible crew/equipment: After the infant Changeling gives Odo the bittersweet gift, Odo exits the infirmary and shapeshifts into the Tarkalean Hawk. As Odo soars through the Promenade's top level, we can see a director's chair beside the spiral staircase, down below. (00:41:15)

Then, just as O'Brien walks towards Garak, on the console's reflective surface, we can see the reflection of the moving boom mic (beside the ceiling's black stripe pattern) at the bottom of the screen.
