The Lorelais' First Day at Chilton - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: While Rory is at the administration office Miss James gives her the Chilton map, schedule, etc. Then just as Miss James tells Rory that Mr. Winters, the guidance counselor, handles everything except bulimia and pregnancy, Miss James is wearing eyeglasses in the shot facing Rory, but in the previous and following shots she is not. Continuity mistake: After Peter says goodbye to his family before his flight to Ireland, when it cuts to Stewie spying on Lois while she's doing the dishes, there's a calendar hanging on the wall beside the refrigerator and a paper hanging on the fridge, but when Stewie draws on the wall both the calendar and paper have vanished.

Visible crew/equipment: When Lorelai and Rory are at Richard's while Emily is away visiting her friends, Richard steps out to answer a call. When Richard returns we can see a blue T-mark taped to the floor behind Rory's side of the sofa. This T-mark is visible again when Richard asks about Rory's speech, because he'd like to be there. Continuity mistake: After the huge sinkhole appears in front of Bob's Burgers, there are numerous striped safety barriers on the street, and in the following shots the direction of the stripes change to the opposite direction on some of the barriers. (00:11:30)

Revealing mistake: The Jaguar owner holds up the piece of paper with "bomb on bus" written on it, then he loses his grip on it, and when the paper lands directly on the bus windshield, the stunt wires are visible at its sides. (00:37:35)

Continuity mistake: When Lois is helping Peter get his work done while he has the hand injury, Peter gives Lois the flip book to proofread. During this scene the phone power cord appears then disappears, and the door knob as well as the kick plate vanish then reappear properly.

Visible crew/equipment: After Haman lies to Esther about the two eunuchs, Esther and Hegai walk away leaving Admantha standing alone, and in the last shot from behind Admantha, there are two white T-marks visible on the ground near his feet, at the bottom of the screen. (01:04:40)

Visible crew/equipment: After Shuko is arrested and escorted to the squad car, Marian joins Billy and Jimmy. When Marian points to the Dragon Wagon, her mic transmitter bodypack is visible at her lower back. Visible crew/equipment: When the severed head in Nora's suitcase has vanished, she shouts for everyone to get out and leave her alone. In the hallway when they disperse, as Loren and then Trent walk past Lance, something that shouldn't be there (it looks like fingers perhaps) pops up into view at the bottom, left corner of the screen. Continuity mistake: When Becker and then Rockford get wet from the sprinkler on their way to Lee's front door, in the wide shot there's mail in the mailbox, but in the next semi-closeup the mail has vanished. (00:26:10)

Continuity mistake: When Doreen calls "Mr. Trainer" at Rocky's house, she tells him her address is "4615 Whitley Place, apt 103" yet when Rockford goes to see her to convince her to testify, the address "7352" is beside the home's front door. (00:33:40 - 00:36:10)

Visible crew/equipment: After the SWAT Commander has ordered Muellard's bulldozer off the property TT walks out of his house, and as he's being led to the police car, a boom mic can be seen moving around in front of the corner of the patrol car, at the bottom of the screen. (00:21:50)

Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford begins the escape with TT lying on the gurney, the police dispatch a squad car to Horizons Crest. In the next shot Dr. Crist and his two goons head down the hallway, and as they pass the room with an open door, we can see a crew member wearing a T-shirt and shorts trying to hide against the wall.
