Visible crew/equipment: After Paige orbs the potion onto Barbas and Cole absorbs all the powers, in the shot of Barbas getting up from the floor we can see a blue T-mark and an orange T-mark taped to the rug. (00:39:05)

Visible crew/equipment: While Leo is at the manor with Phoebe, who volunteered to make the potion, when Piper and Paige orb into what's left of Melissa's home, through the hole in the wall we can see the boom mic (with a white striped tip) hovering over the sisters, just as Piper tells Paige she doesn't want to make Melissa more upset. Visible crew/equipment: After Phoebe tells Cole she's pregnant she leaves in the elevator, and when it cuts to Piper, Paige, and Leo we can see the crew's grey mat on the floor under Piper and Paige, then in two following shots (from the same angle) the red T-mark is visible on that mat, at Paige's feet. Continuity mistake: While at P3, Leo tells Phoebe that she can't turn into a Harpy just by getting scratched, and when Piper cautions Leo to use discretion Piper raises her left arm to Leo, but in the next shot it's Piper's right arm that's raised. (00:16:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When the Dark Priest finds the box containing the Lazarus Demon, just as the Seer says that she can always count on him to help, the shadow of the boom mic dips into view at the top of the screen. (00:09:05)

Continuity mistake: After Phoebe finds the Scavenger Demon page in the Book of Shadows the camera dollies out, and when Piper asks what happened with Cole, the crew's taped black mat is visible on the bare floor with no fringed area rug, then when Cole shimmers into the attic, in the next shot of Piper and Phoebe we see the fringed area rug at the bottom of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: When Sykes is about to kill Susan at the ADA'S office, Leo hits Sykes and orbs out with Susan, and in the next shot as Sykes sits up we can see the green tape mark on the floor, under his leg. (00:22:30)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe adds the photos to the Book of Shadows, Phoebe writes "Cole's human form" with large letters, then in the shot facing Phoebe as she says, "Your date, the guy you've been smooching," we see it's underlined with smaller writing, but in following shots it's back to the original larger lettering without the underline.

Visible crew/equipment: After the two travellers have paid for their gas, when Frisby advises them to check in someplace because of the clouds, the reflection of the moving boom pole and mic can be seen above the word "shop" on the store window. (00:08:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Frisby tells the two travellers that they're looking at the grandad of the American automobile, we can see the reflection of a crewmember wearing a suit, possibly the director, who stands up from a directors chair (also seen in a following shot). Then as Frisby tries to locate the gas tank, the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the store's doors. (00:06:20)

Deliberate mistake: During the "previously on Game of Thrones" snippets, before the opening credits sequence, there are two flipped shots of Sansa and Jaime as she tells him that she has always wanted to be there for Cersei's execution, but she won't get the chance. (00:01:45)

Continuity mistake: When Grey Worm leads Tyrion to the Dragonpit, as they pass the column of Unsullied their long individual shadows are directly to their sides, but in the next shot the Unsullied are seen in the background and the shadows are entirely different. (00:46:00)

Continuity mistake: When Gendry gives Arya the dragonglass weapon that he made for her, in the following shots Gendry's leather cloak straps switch between being crossed with his left strap over the right strap, or his right strap over the left strap. (00:43:00)

Continuity mistake: During the battle strategy meeting around the table, Sansa wears the long silver chain and circle neckwear, and the long chain changes the way it is placed through the circle. Sansa's chain is put through the circle in a way that's over and under in most shots, but when Jon explains that if the dragons are in the field they won't be able to protect Bran, the long chain is put through the circle the opposite way, under and over.
