Other mistake: After Shredder transports Bebop and Rocksteady back to his lair, he joins them on the transporter platform. Shredder then demands to know the exact location of the TMNT hiding place. When Rocksteady mutters, "And then, umm, we went that way," both Shredder and Bebop partly step off the transporter platform, so they're partially standing in mid-air.
Continuity mistake: After April complains to Vernon about doing stupid human interest stories, April walks toward the back of the news van. In the overhead shot, the van has one large back window, but it changes to two small windows in the following shots.
Continuity mistake: The tri-circle emblem on Splinter's robe is either on his left side or his right side, or even vanishes entirely between shots, such as when April is the mutant Catwoman and approaches him in the sewer lair.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the episode, while April is either her normal self or a mutant Catwoman, April's wristwatch suddenly appears, disappears, and reappears, even mid-shot; such as when she's in her Channel 6 office and throws the vase at Vernon.
Other mistake: When Irma finds April's Turtlecom and fortuitously contacts the Turtles, Leo answers the call and holds up the communicator in his right hand. The problem is that in the close-ups of Leo's open communicator, the animation of his wrist area is not complete, so his hand looks disembodied. Additionally, after Leonardo answers the Turtlecom call from Irma, she asks, "Who are you?" and in the next shot of the Turtlecom Irma is holding up, we see Raphael moving his lips as he says, "I'm Leonardo."
Continuity mistake: Shredder thinks, "Those idiots have learned their lesson," so he transports Bebop and Rocksteady back to his lair. Bebop's wristwear switches to opposite sides; the chain bracelet is now on his right wrist, and the studded wristband is on his left wrist, then both return to their proper wrists. This happens again when Shredder makes the crack about his cheap mutant labor.
Continuity mistake: When Shredder uses the matter transporter to send Bebop and Rocksteady to the city dump, Bebop's black bandoleer vanishes and reappears; then it happens again and again in the following shots.
Continuity mistake: After the beloved TV is destroyed during the fight at the sewer lair, when Rocksteady attempts to help Bebop he's stopped by Mikey, but as Rocksteady smashes into the wall, his bandoleer and other strap have switched to opposite sides, then revert to their proper positions.
Other mistake: While Sonic and Tails are locked up in old Spelunk's cage during the cave-in, right before the huge diamondius crashes on top of the cage, there's a close-up of Sonic holding the bars, and the color of his torso becomes the same as the background mid-shot.(00:13:40)
Continuity mistake: After Amelia grants Casper's wish to be alive (albeit for only a short time), when it cuts to Kat sitting alone at the party, note the distinctive worn chairs beside Kat. In the following shots, those chairs not only move their positions, they also switch places with each other more than once.(01:27:50)
Trivia: When Danielle is with Gustave in his painter's studio, just as Gustave says, "Five days in the stocks," there's a painting of a noblewoman on the easel beside them; the noblewoman left her gown and jewelry at the studio for the painter to consult while completing her portrait, and it is that noblewoman's gown Danielle borrows to impersonate a courtier. Then, while Danielle is at the royal court quoting Utopia to Henry, right after she says, "but that you first make thieves and then punish them," in the next shot, the older noblewoman at the center is the one from the portrait; she's played by Amanda Walker, the wife of Patrick Godfrey who plays Leonardo, also in this scene. Amanda was to have a line in this scene (in the goldenrod script version), commenting on Danielle's gown being identical to her own, but that line was cut.(00:21:45 - 00:29:20)
Visible crew/equipment: During the dinner scene, in some of the shots facing Junior, the reflection of the boom operator (wearing a watch) holding up the boom pole/mic is visible on the glass, toward the top left side of the screen. Additionally, in two shots facing Junior (POV beside Carmela's right shoulder), we can see part of a black reflector screen (collapsible type) between Junior and Carmela.
Visible crew/equipment: When AJ tries on his new military school uniform, he's pressured to also put on the hat. Then, after AJ looks at himself in the mirror, just as he walks back toward his mother, the reflection of the boom mic becomes visible in that mirror directly over Carmela's reflection, at the right side of the screen.
Continuity mistake: After the bad biker bites Noel, he removes the rearview mirror from the windshield and smacks the bad biker with it. However, when Noel tells Katie to drive the car, in the exterior shots as she sideswipes another car, the rearview mirror is back up on the windshield; then it's off again.(00:33:35)
Visible crew/equipment: While Tony and Paulie are alone aboard the rented boat, Tony questions Paulie about being the joke leak. When Paulie denies it and says, "It wasn't me, Ton'... That's right," Tony lifts his beer and drinks. It then cuts to a wide shot of the swaying boat, and at the top of the screen, we see a hand move atop the steering wheel at the helm; we even see the top of the hair of this crouching crew member as the wind blows, right before this shot cuts away.
Continuity mistake: At dinner, when Meadow gets upset, she leaves the table and heads upstairs, so Carmela leaves the table and follows her daughter. Then, when Livia gets insulted, she tells Junior to take her home, and she too leaves the table. The problem occurs when Tony tells Junior, "You mangia, Uncle Jun', she'll come back," and in the next shot facing Junior, the reflection on the door shows Carmela and Livia are still seated at the table.
Continuity mistake: When Janice goes to Livia's mailbox and retrieves the envelope with her disability check, the words "TOTAL DISABILITY" only appear on the check in the close-up, but not in the previous shot. Additionally, the silver screen door is gone between the first wide shot when Janice pulls the mail out of the mailbox, and the next close-up as Janice looks through the mail in her hands (she did not open the screen door between shots).
Visible crew/equipment: While Janice and Barbara are talking at the backyard barbecue, when Paulie appears, Janice makes a crack about him not being dead yet. It then cuts to Carmela and Janice walking down the home's outdoor steps, and the reflection of the moving boom mic is visible on the front door's glass, behind Carmela.
Continuity mistake: Helga Blabs It All: When the boys get ice cream from the Jolly Olly ice cream truck, Arnold gets a chocolate popsicle, and Gerald gets an ice cream cone. Then, when Helga falls into Arnold's attic bedroom, all the boys stare at her, and as Helga backs out of the room, the ice cream cone Gerald holds changes to a chocolate popsicle.
Visible crew/equipment: While Sal and AJ are at the batting cage, Matt starts telling AJ about the German philosopher Nietzsche. As the camera moves backwards in this dolly shot, we can see two metal T-marks on the ground, as well as the dolly track at the left side of the screen.
