Continuity mistake: When Indy and Vogel are fighting atop the tank we see the soles of Vogel's boots and there is a red hexagon dot under each heel, but while Indy is hanging off the tank's side mount gun the soles of Vogel's boots are different.

Visible crew/equipment: After Indy and Henry have escaped from Castle Brunwald, Indy jumps into one of the boats, pulls the motor starter cord and jumps back out, then just as he bends over to release the boat from the piling, right between Indy's legs the black covered arm of a hidden crew member appears from under the tarp taking hold of the throttle, steering the boat away from the pier. Revealing mistake: When Sallah rides up to the tank to help, just as Indy shouts, "Get Dad!" we can see that Henry is actually lying on protective support, and not lying directly on the moving tank treads. (01:35:40)

Continuity mistake: When Sallah rides up to the tank to rescue Henry we see Indy toss the whip over the side of the tank, but after the tank falls over the cliff, when Indy climbs back up then walks over to stand between Henry and Sallah the whip is coiled and back in its place, hanging from his belt. Visible crew/equipment: When Indy tries to reach the Grail his father convinces him to "Let it go" and Henry pulls his son to safety, then in the next wide shot of Indy, Henry, Sallah, and Marcus, we can see a crew member wearing a short sleeved, white shirt and blue pants at the right side of the screen, just before it cuts to Henry's closeup. This crew member can be seen again after the closeup of the knight. (01:57:45)

Continuity mistake: While Henry and Marcus are being held inside the tank, Indiana rides in circles and baits the tank to ram into one of the cars. In a following shot when we see Vogel walking toward the window inside the tank it's a flipped shot, note everything is backwards: strap, button, armband. Then two shots later, when Vogel shouts "quick" in German it's another flipped shot, and about five shots after that again flipped. (01:29:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When Young Indy is trapped in the train car with the lion, he tosses up the whip to Fedora, and as he's being pulled up in the interior shot, he's wearing a stunt apparatus around his waist above his beaded belt. [The stunt double is also wearing a glove on his right hand holding what looks like skewered meat, to presumably draw the trained lion, but that's a lot harder to see without pausing]. (00:08:35)

Visible crew/equipment: After Young Indy locks the two treasure hunters in the reptile train car he pulls a snake out of his shirt, and just as the third young treasure hunter tackles Indy we can see a crew member's arm and equipment at the left side of the screen, before it cuts to the long shot. Other mistake: After Young Indy runs out of the cave with the Cross of Coronado, when he whistles for his horse and jumps down, note the horse's facial marking and leg marking. When Indy mounts the horse it's a different horse, note its markings, and as he rides toward the circus train the horse has changed again. (00:04:55)

Other mistake: While Dexter's searching for info on Travis Marshall on his laptop, he opens the DMV Records window with an image of Marshall's driver license, and in the closeup at the bottom of the license it reads "Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobiety test required by law," with the word "sobriety" missing the letter "r." Additionally, under the image of the license it reads "Issued: 10-12-2006", but on the actual license image it reads, "DOB: 11-24-1977, Issued: 09-23-1990, Expires: 09-23-2012." So that means Marshall was not even 13 yrs old when he got his license, and the license won't expire for 22 years. Also, when Brother Sam knocks on the door Dexter clicks back onto the MOA website, and if you care to pause the screen note the word "Exibit" is missing the letter "h." (00:18:50)

The hope that this Imam will give you information that you don't even know he has," David's right hand is empty as he holds it up, but it cuts to the shot facing Carrie and David's hand is still up though now he's holding his pen. Continuity mistake: While the Doctor, et al. Are in the pyramid with the Monks, when the Monk tells the Secretary General that if his consent isn't pure it will kill him, Xiaolian is standing right behind him in shots facing the Secretary General and shots facing the Monk, but in the one shot of the Secretary General as he's being vaporized Xiaolian has vanished, but Xiaolian is still standing in the same spot in the shot facing the Monk. Continuity mistake: When the Doctor, Bill, Nardole, et al. first see the pyramid their long shadows are cast directly in front of them, but when the Doctor decides to "bring it" and crosses the barrier, their long shadows are cast directly to their right. Then it keeps changing in the following shots when the Doctor approaches the pyramid. (00:10:45)

Continuity mistake: When Erica's eyeglasses get smashed, they're seen in a closeup inside her bag and the lens frame is cracked, but when she takes it out of her bag both lens frames are intact around the broken lenses. Also, when Erica takes the eyeglasses out of her bag she holds the eyeglasses' right temple in the closeup, but in the next shot it's the left temple being held up. (00:06:15)

Visible crew/equipment: Right before the TARDIS materializes in the lab at Agrofuel, there's an overhead shot of Erica at the desk, and the two green tape X marks on the floor behind her are visible, precisely where Douglas had collapsed and his white protective gear should be. Note there's an earlier overhead shot of the same area before the incident, when Erica brings Douglas the coffee, and those tape marks are not there. (00:32:50)
