Continuity mistake: When Ethel walks in while Lucy's vacuuming, Ethel has the folded newspaper under her arm and there's only small print on the paper, but after Lucy offers Ethel a cup of coffee now the headline can be seen on the still folded paper under Ethel's arm. Then, when Lucy unfolds the paper we see both the front and back page filled with pictures and the headline, but that area of small print which was seen in the earlier shots does not exist on either side. Visible crew/equipment: While Ricky and Fred are in the kitchen, when Ethel tells Lucy she needs her help getting Ricky for the club benefit, in the shots facing Lucy the shadow of crew/equipment movement is visible on the shutters to the right. (00:04:30)

Continuity mistake: When Lucy crawls into the New Neighbors' apartment she's startled by the stuffed bear head, and in the closeup of the bear head it's in front of a bare wall, but in the rest of the shots it's in front of furniture. Additionally, other things change as well between shots: the books under the bear, the hat, etc. (00:10:15)

Continuity mistake: While Fred and Barney are fighting, when Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm are devising a plan together in baby-talk, the black strap is over Bamm-Bamm's left shoulder, but when Bamm-Bamm walks past Fred and Barney the strap is over Bamm-Bamm's right shoulder. (00:22:55)

Revealing mistake: While Poe leads the aerial assault on the oscillator, in the closeups of Poe and other X-wing fighter pilots, note the cockpit windows at the pilots' left and right have identical marks and scratches in their individual X-wings. It's particularly noticeable when one closeup follows another.

Marriage, Witches' Style - S5-E21
Revealing mistake: At the end of the episode, during Serena and Samantha's second meeting with Mr. Beams, in the wideshots of the two women sitting on the couch and also when they're both poking their heads through the doorway, Serena's body double actually appears face-forward. Additionally, in the closeups of Serena and Sam on the couch, both are played by Elizabeth Montgomery, and we can see the wall's color difference behind them due to the use of the split-screen technique. Continuity mistake: When Sam is looking for Darrin to tell him the good news, Aunt Clara walks into the living room holding the large book with its cloth bookmark hanging over the top front of the book (facing Sam), but in the next shot the bookmark has switched to hanging over the top back of the book (facing Clara). Continuity mistake: When Aunt Clara tells Sam not to worry about Darrin because she has her book of spells, there's a closeup of the book with its binding facing left and Clara pointing to the large title "Spells and Incantations" on its cover, but in other shots Clara's holding the book with its binding facing right (we see Vol. 7 on the binding) so the cover is facing the opposite way, and there is no title on the cover. Continuity mistake: While Fred is giving Roger a few baseball pointers, Roger's wearing something that only goes over his right shoulder, but then it switches to going over his left shoulder when Fred "teaches" Roger to slide. (00:05:45)

Continuity mistake: While Fred and Barney are being chased by the police, in the closeup of the stop/go signal we see two ropes beside the monkey's hand - one controlling "stop" and one for "go", but in the wideshot there's only one rope hanging from the post, apparently controlling both "stop" and "go" signals. Continuity mistake: During the hearing, when Perry Masonry is questioning his client about being fixed financially, part of Perry's string loop closure on his clothing vanishes within the same shot, and then reappears. A few moments later Perry's two parallel strings are crisscrossed, then both are back to normal. Later, when Barney asks Perry if he can hold Bamm-Bamm, once again Perry's parallel strings become crisscrossed. (00:20:35)

Continuity mistake: When Fred comes in wearing the monster costume, there's a handle on the interior side of the door, but it vanishes when Fred hides to scare Barney.

Other mistake: At the start of the episode we're shown a preview of the episode's plot: while Fred stretches his leg on the ballet bar his leg gets stuck and when the ballet teacher pushes his leg down, the part of the ballet bar which Fred is leaning on is gone. What's odd is that during this scene within the episode the ballet bar is perfectly intact. (00:00:25 - 00:14:40)

Continuity mistake: During the circus performance, Rodney the knife thrower is wearing a one-shoulder outfit, which repeatedly switches from his left, to his right shoulder, and back again. (00:17:30)
