Then later, when Woody goes back to Sunnyside to rescue his friends, Chatter Telephone warns him about the Monkey who is the "eye in the sky" while watching the security monitors, and in a couple of shots of those monitors there's a box at the right side of the table which has a very distinctive design. Continuity mistake: While Les is on-air after the first few turkeys have been dropped, in the wide shot of Johnny, Bailey, Venus, and Andy inside the studio, the record on the turntable has a brown label as Les mentions the Hindenburg tragedy and cuts out. In Johnny's closeup he closes with his "bombed with live turkeys" mall update. Then back to a wide shot, and the record on the turntable now has a white label, even though it has not been touched. Revealing mistake: While Spock and Kirk discuss the phaser resistant creatures, Kirk declares that it may be a trap and to move out. When one of the flying parasitic creatures attacks Spock, in his first closeup just as Spock turns around we can see the thin wire leading from the creature to the right side of the screen, and the wire also casts a shadow on Spock's uniform.
