When the announcer says, "Remember, that's the hull that split apart last year under even less strain," in the shots of Rawhide's hull as it's porpoising, we can see the driver is not wearing gloves, and the windshield differs as well. Continuity mistake: During the Orange Bowl race, "Tom Wilson," aka Scott, is the driver of Rawhide, number 99, and he's wearing a long-sleeved red jacket. However, when the announcer says, "There goes the Rawhide, Tom Wilson is really standing on it," in the long shot of Rawhide, number 99, the driver is wearing a short-sleeved red shirt (it's not JJ, who is driving Scarlet Lady, number D3). Mikey then tells Irma, "Rewind that and play it back at normal speed," as he raises his right arm, with his left hand in his trench coat pocket; the newsstand is missing in this closeup as well. It cuts to a wide shot, and now it's Mikey's left arm raised in the air (also note his orange wristband is missing).

Continuity mistake: After Kat finds a bedroom for herself, the long sheer white curtain hanging near the framed photo of Amelia repeatedly changes between pulled open or closed; particularly noticeable when Kat dumps her clothes from the black trash bag and tosses a ball of socks into Casper's mouth. Continuity mistake: The watch on Irma's left wrist repeatedly appears or disappears between shots, as well as mid-shot, and it even switches to her right wrist. Two examples: at the subway station, Irma walks toward the Turtles, and her watch switches from her right wrist to her left; when Irma finally meets her "dream man," the "hunky Splinter guy" in the sewer lair, her watch vanishes.

Continuity mistake: Carrigan decides to make Dibs a ghost, so she goes after him with a double-headed axe. Then, when Carrigan slips on the muddy goo, her black pointy toe high heels turn into beige flat rubber-soled shoes, seen in her close-up as her foot lifts up. (01:11:45)

Continuity mistake: After Maax gives the eye ring to his priest minion, in the following shots, Dar and Ruh are walking in the woods. Dar's sword strap hangs crossbody from his right shoulder, and his bag strap also hangs down from his right shoulder. When Ruh finds the water, in Dar's close-up as he says, "Ahead," there are no straps hanging from Dar's shoulders, but then both straps reappear on his right shoulder. (00:52:45)

Continuity mistake: In the woods, while Dar is drinking water, Maax orders his priest minion to kill Dar. The eye ring is worn on the middle finger of the priest's right hand, but as the priest attempts to hang/strangle Dar, there's a close-up of his hand and the eye ring is now being worn on the priest's ring finger; then it returns to the middle finger. Bring him to me, this master of the beasts," he then holds out the eye ring with his right hand in the wide shot, but in the next close-up, the eye ring is being held out with his left hand (differently as well), and he says, "This ring will lead you to him," just as his priest minion takes it from Maax's left hand. Continuity mistake: After Jason gives Alicia the oven mitts, they stand at the door talking for a moment. When Jason heads to the elevator, Alicia says, "I'm glad you're back," and in the shot facing Jason, Alicia grips the oven mitts with the mitt fingers at her left side, but in the next shot facing Alicia, she grips the oven mitts the opposite way, with the mitt fingers at her right side. Continuity mistake: During the show's opening credits for the entire run of the series, when Tony drives up to the NJ Turnpike toll gate, the lane 7 machine spits out a toll ticket, and Tony reaches for it. It then cuts to a close-up as Tony grabs hold of the toll ticket, but this ticket machine is now different; note all the stickers. The close-up was shot at another lane's ticket machine.
