Continuity mistake: The watch on Irma's left wrist repeatedly appears or disappears between shots, as well as mid-shot, and it even switches to her right wrist. Two examples: at the subway station, Irma walks toward the Turtles, and her watch switches from her right wrist to her left; when Irma finally meets her "dream man," the "hunky Splinter guy" in the sewer lair, her watch vanishes.

Continuity mistake: Carrigan decides to make Dibs a ghost, so she goes after him with a double-headed axe. Then, when Carrigan slips on the muddy goo, her black pointy toe high heels turn into beige flat rubber-soled shoes, seen in her close-up as her foot lifts up. (01:11:45)

Continuity mistake: After Maax gives the eye ring to his priest minion, in the following shots, Dar and Ruh are walking in the woods. Dar's sword strap hangs crossbody from his right shoulder, and his bag strap also hangs down from his right shoulder. When Ruh finds the water, in Dar's close-up as he says, "Ahead," there are no straps hanging from Dar's shoulders, but then both straps reappear on his right shoulder. (00:52:45)

Continuity mistake: In the woods, while Dar is drinking water, Maax orders his priest minion to kill Dar. The eye ring is worn on the middle finger of the priest's right hand, but as the priest attempts to hang/strangle Dar, there's a close-up of his hand and the eye ring is now being worn on the priest's ring finger; then it returns to the middle finger. Continuity mistake: When Maax says, "Ar wants this stranger. Bring him to me, this master of the beasts," he then holds out the eye ring with his right hand in the wide shot, but in the next close-up, the eye ring is being held out with his left hand, and he says, "This ring will lead you to him." Continuity mistake: After Jason gives Alicia the oven mitts, they stand at the door talking for a moment. When Jason heads to the elevator, Alicia says, "I'm glad you're back," and in the shot facing Jason, Alicia grips the oven mitts with the mitt fingers at her left side, but in the next shot facing Alicia, she grips the oven mitts the opposite way, with the mitt fingers at her right side. Continuity mistake: [This will soon have an episode change from "Pilot" to "show generally"] During the show's opening credits for the entire run of the series, when Tony drives up to the NJ Turnpike toll gate, the lane 7 machine spits out a toll ticket, and Tony reaches for it. It then cuts to a close-up as Tony grabs hold of the toll ticket, but this ticket machine is now different; note all the stickers. The close-up was shot at another lane's ticket machine.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Castle complains that Martin Lane is a traitor, his secretary reminds him that he himself has declared Martin to be "the best managing editor in the country." Mr. Castle then takes a seat while holding his newspaper, but in the next shot his hands are empty as he impatiently stands up.

Continuity mistake: After getting off the school bus, when Gus falls into the hole that Sam has dug in front of the school, he's wearing his watch as usual. As Gus sits up, his watch vanishes mid-shot; then it reappears on his wrist.

Continuity mistake: After Upside-Down Girl tells TJ he must do something about Dave, when the gang look for Sam and discuss the situation with him, the clock over the school doors repeatedly changes time between shots. Then, when Sam grabs the shovel and jumps back into the hole, the two hands of the clock vanish, only to reappear and change time yet again.

Continuity mistake: The gang hatches a plan and tells Dave that Sam is trapped in a cave-in, so Dave begins digging to save him. When Sam and Spinelli return with their ice cream cones, Sam's gloves vanish and reappear a couple of times while he is holding his ice cream.

Continuity mistake: After April ends the interview with the contest winner, when Vernon says, "Ok, that's a wrap," he's wearing headphones without an antenna, but in the next shot an antenna suddenly appears at Vernon's left earpiece, then promptly disappears.

Continuity mistake: Shredder thinks, "Those idiots have learned their lesson," so he transports Bebop and Rocksteady back to his lair. Bebop's wristwear switches to opposite sides; the chain bracelet is now on his right wrist, and the studded wristband is on his left wrist, then both return to their proper wrists. This happens again when Shredder makes the crack about his cheap mutant labor.

Continuity mistake: After the beloved TV is destroyed during the fight at the sewer lair, when Rocksteady attempts to help Bebop he's stopped by Mikey, but as Rocksteady smashes into the wall, his bandoleer and other strap have switched to opposite sides, then revert to their proper positions.

Continuity mistake: After Amelia grants Casper's wish to be alive (albeit for only a short time), when it cuts to Kat sitting alone at the party, note the distinctive worn chairs beside Kat. In the following shots, those chairs not only move their positions, they also switch places with each other more than once. (01:27:50)
