Other mistake: When Eddie's naughty little friend goes to shake hands with Herman they insert a quick close up of a hand buzzer in his hand, only it's obviously an adult's wrinkly hand.
Revealing mistake: At the party, when Lily is told by her dancing partner that she's dancing on air, the dark stunt wires keeping her aloft are visible. (00:16:25)
Other mistake: Herman's Dr.'s appointment is at 9am but the wall clock in the Dr.'s office shows the time at 9:33 or so.
Suggested correction: Most doctors keep patients waiting much longer than this. The clock should have read 9:45 at least.
Revealing mistake: When the helmet is taken off Herman, it briefly pulls up the wig.
Other mistake: When YoYo drops Herman after the potion wears off, his wig flops up.
Audio problem: As everybody goes to get in the new car, you hear the horn honk twice. Trouble is, Grandpa wasn't holding the horn bulb.

Revealing mistake: As Herman goes to lift the couch, if you look at the fireplace mantel, you see the shadow of the mechanical hoist used to complete the gag.
Visible crew/equipment: As Herman goes to stand up from trying to wake Ramon, the top of the set wall is visible, as well as the cut away section of the ceiling.

Revealing mistake: After Grandpa says good night, there is a huge cloud of smoke, signifying his change to a bat. As the smoke clears, in the lower right corner of the screen, Grandpa can be seen ducking out of the shot.
Continuity mistake: As Herman gestures to Eddie to make his point, he drops his left hand. A second later, he does it again.
Continuity mistake: The doors to the room where Herman is in the sarcophagus case are matching when the man finds them locked, but a moment later the door the man breaks through is darker colored.
Visible crew/equipment: As Herman comes over to talk to Dennison, you can see a cord trailing from camera right to his right leg, and a connection hanging out of his pants leg. Possibly for a microphone, or a power cord for the cooling unit in his suit.
Revealing mistake: After Herman bursts through the door, he comes to the block wall. When he knocks down a section, it can be seen that is was specially set up. The edges on either side of the section are clean and neat rather than jagged as a broken wall would be.
Revealing mistake: Twice in the episode, Herman bursts through the front door. Just before he does, the pre-cut outline can be seen where he is to come through.
