Continuity mistake: While the kidnappers try to grab the judge's son, Bill drives up and stops them. When one of the kidnappers flees the scene Bill takes off after him, and as Bill rams his car into the kidnapper's car, Bill's car is entirely different. Then it reverts back to the original car. Visible crew/equipment: At the end, when Carlisle claims he and Bill had a business lunch in June to discuss a case, Pam explains that La Maison Faire is very expensive French cuisine in Beverly Hills, and in the next shot an actor's T-mark is visible on the floor. (00:47:15)
Audio problem: After Ralph gets the holograph showing Pam and Bill taken hostage, when Ralph makes an embarrassing entrance into the youth crime seminar he quickly impersonates a singing telegram, and his mouth is out of sync as we hear the phone number. (00:37:30)
Continuity mistake: A woman tells Bill that her blind neighbor, Judy, is still in the burning building. In the following shot, when Tanner approaches the door there's a pane of glass beside the door knob and there's a backplate behind the knob, but in the next closeup both the pane of glass and the backplate have vanished. Visible crew/equipment: When Ralph keeps telling Coach Buck not to change his game plan, Ray doesn't listen and Ralph shouts that he's making a big mistake. Then when the two other teachers walk past Ralph, as he starts to follow them we can see two T-marks on the ground where Ralph and Ray had been standing. (00:14:15)
Visible crew/equipment: After Bill and Ralph leave the restaurant to pay Prentiss Hall a visit, when it cuts to Bill slowly driving past the camera, we can see the reflections of the reflector screens, and the cameraman with the camera. (00:26:20)

Continuity mistake: While Ralph is invisible in order to eavesdrop on Klein, when Klein makes a crack about Bill being little league, Ralph deliberately knocks the cup in Klein's hand so the coffee spills on his shirt, tie, vest, and jacket in the closeup, but in the next shot Klein is spotless. Additionally, Klein has a black pocket square and the cup he holds is white styrofoam, but in the closeup the pocket square is gone and he holds a white mug. (00:27:50)

Revealing mistake: While Ralph is invisible and eavesdropping on Klein's conversation, when Ralph picks up a pencil and taps it on the desk, we can see the stiff wire attached to the pencil moving up and down, at the left side of the screen. (00:27:35)
Continuity mistake: While Ralph is searching for the missing boy and finds Johnny's baseball cap, Ralph's watch vanishes and reappears, then it happens again when he finds the boy. (00:38:20)
Continuity mistake: At the rec center, when Ralph enters the reserved racquetball court two men force him onto the floor for another polygraph. Ralph's wearing striped socks, blue shorts with white stripes, a blue half-shirt with red/white stripes that bares his midriff, but in the closeups as Ralph sits down and has the polygraph hooked up, all the stripes on his clothing have vanished and Ralph's abdomen suddenly has a significant amount of dark hair. Visible crew/equipment: When Bill is on Teddy's boat he gets knocked unconscious by General Davout, then as Davout takes off in the boat, in the shot facing him we can see the reflection of a crew member's movement at the left side of the windshield. (00:13:20)
Continuity mistake: When the top secret airplane causes the light aircraft's loss of control, in the long shots the aircraft's tail is red/blue, but in the closeups it's brown/gold and the style differs. Also note the name "Beechcraft" has duct tape covering part of the name. (00:29:15)
Continuity mistake: When Ralph lifts Bill's car the first time, the blue license plate on the front bumper is gone, but when Ralph is amazed at the suit's power he lifts the car a second time, and the blue license plate is in its proper place on the bumper. (00:35:50)
Revealing mistake: When Ralph stops the hijacked train before it reaches the city of Bakersfield, due to the close proximity of the camera it's too obvious that Ralph's footwear has been altered for the stunt, as he glides across the tracks. (00:44:30)
Continuity mistake: When the engineer shuts down the train he's wearing a long sleeve jacket, but in the closeup we see a bare arm wearing a watch. The terrorists remove that engineer and he's replaced with McGivers, another engineer wearing a jacket, and the same bare arm is in closeups. Then a third engineer on another train has the same arm in the closeup. (00:06:40)
