Continuity mistake: Before the taxi takes Bridget to one of the Inns of Court, Bridget detours to change her clothes, and the taxi driver gives a thumbs up to a dress with a playful pattern. During the following shots, Bridget wears three different dresses with changes to the pattern, though it is the very same style of dress. It's particularly noticeable when Mark excuses himself, then exits the meeting room with Bridget.

Continuity mistake: As the silver car comes to a stop after smashing into the black SUV, there are a few bullet holes in its left hand side. The driver's door has a few - there's a diagonal line of three. Everyone stops shooting as it stops, with no new holes in the door. But as the guy approaches to pull the door open, in a closer shot the whole side of the car is riddled - the driver's door is just a mass of holes. (00:32:35)

Other mistake: While Dr. Harvey is looking at his multiple reflections in the mirror over the sink, he sees the Crypt Keeper reflection. It then cuts to a close-up facing the real Dr. Harvey as he freaks out, and it's a flipped shot—note his shirt and sweater are backwards (this is not a mirror's reflection)—right before he gets his foot jammed in the bucket. Continuity mistake: Hall Monitor: When Principal Wartz tells Helga she cannot volunteer again, he removes the "revered badge" and its black crossbody strap from Helga. Helga then selects Phoebe as the next hall monitor. When Phoebe joins them on the stage, Helga is again wearing the crossbody strap with the badge in the wide shot, but it's gone in the next shot as Wartz places it on Phoebe. (00:02:10)

Other mistake: Hall Monitor: At the start of the school assembly, when Principal Wartz thanks Helga for her month as hall monitor, Wartz's right arm is atop the lectern, with his fingers over the lectern's front edge. As Wartz gestures toward Helga with his right arm and hand, the fingers of his right hand oddly remain over the lectern's front edge. Then, after Helga announces she may volunteer again, the audience groans, and in the next shot facing Wartz, he has four hands at the lectern's edge. (00:01:35 - 00:02:00)

Other mistake: Hall Monitor: During detention, the class helps Phoebe realise how much she has changed. When Helga wipes the window so Phoebe can see her reflection, in the first shot, Phoebe's reflection is not backwards as it should be. (00:10:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Jack goes out to the main room half clothed to answer the door, the tip of the boom drops several times on the way out, and when he 'stumbles' backward. Then, when he and Vicki are seated while having dinner with her father, you can hear cabinet doors opening and closing from somewhere on set, and a bit of equipment moving around behind Vicki.

Continuity mistake: When Bonnie is running toward her parents while shouting, "Mom, Dad, look what I made," Bonnie's holding her backpack's top handle with the front of the backpack facing her. Then it cuts to Bonnie running into her mother's arms, and now the backpack is positioned the opposite way with both shoulder straps facing Bonnie, as she is still gripping that backpack's top handle in her hand, palm clenched in the same direction. Continuity mistake: S4xE8 "Meet Kevin Johnson": Near the end, Danielle, Alex, and Karl stop for a couple of minutes to drink water, and when the bullet hits Karl's water bottle, in the close-up we see the low level of water inside the water bottle directly above the leak, but in the next shot there's much more water inside the bottle above the leak.

Then, when Alex sits by the tree distraught, Danielle tries to convince her to listen, and in Alex's extreme close-ups, she has a mini lav mic (similar style to DK3 series) at her right ear that becomes visible.

Continuity mistake: Near the end, when Sir Mador is hit with the small crossbow bolt, the impalement changes. In the first shot it's protruding from his abdomen well above his belt, but in the next shot the crossbow bolt is now lower, actually pierced through Sir Mador's leather belt. (02:00:30)

Continuity mistake: Hall Monitor: After Phoebe's eyeglasses are stepped on, when she tells Helga, "Out with the old Phoebe, in with the new," Phoebe's belt buckle and two brown pouches have vanished, then reappear in the next shot. Later, while Phoebe sits on the desk during detention, her belt buckle is missing in her close-ups, and it reappears mid-shot as she crosses her legs. Then, when Phoebe's classmates share how they miss the "old" Phoebe, her buckle and the two brown pouches vanish, but they all reappear in a moment. (00:05:05)

Continuity mistake: As Raoul is being chased by the highway cop, the camera switches views between the rear view mirror and looking through the back window. The line in the middle of the road changes unevenly between passing and no passing lanes.
