Continuity mistake: When Tony is with Fran in her apartment, he's wearing an abstract pattern polo. Then they drive to the racetrack. At the racetrack, Tony's shirt is the same style, but the pattern is different. Then, when Tony is with Hesh, his polo reverts back to the original pattern.

Continuity mistake: When Tony shows up at Livia's house with a bouquet of flowers, in the exterior shot note the transparency of the screen door's glass, the front door silver-colour knob with its back plate, as well as the deadbolt cylinder. As Tony enters the doorway in the next interior shot, we cannot see out through the screen door's glass, the door knob is gold-colour, and both the knob's back plate and the deadbolt cylinder have vanished.

Visible crew/equipment: At the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet, Paulie loads up a plate filled with Danish and Yoplait for the drive down to Florida. It then cuts to the Wycoff Therapeutic Center, and at the start of this first shot, we can see the boom operator (papers in the back pocket) with left arm up, at the right side of the screen. The reflection of the moving boom pole is also visible over the fireplace mantle.

Continuity mistake: At the hospital, when Agent Harris presents his business card in case Tony changes his mind, Harris holds his card at its bottom so it's up over his hand, but in the next shot facing Tony, Harris holds the card at its top so it's below his hand, and it continues this way in the next shot as Carmela takes it from his hand.

Visible crew/equipment: Right at the beginning of the episode, Chris pulls over in front of the Bahama Skies tanning salon to pick up his pay. The shot shows him in the car. As he exits the vehicle, the cameraman can be briefly seen in the reflection.

Visible crew/equipment: While Corrado and Mikey are at Mariolina's wake, just as Corrado says, "Where he spills his guts on some shrink's carpet," we can see the yellow tape mark on the carpet where Corrado had been standing.
