Continuity mistake: While Hank, Peggy, and Bobby are asking for help picking up the papers with the dangerous ammonia and bleach recipe, a person in back of the group they are talking to that was originally wearing a dark red hat, red shirt, and blond hair switches to a pink, light blue shirt, and brown hair. Continuity mistake: While Danny and Baez are questioning Damian about Mason's whereabouts, Damian's right handcuff switches to the opposite way depending on the angle of the shots. Either the single metal bar faces up or the double bar faces up, which is quite impossible to change when it's locked around his wrist.

Continuity mistake: During the stakeout of the apartment building, in the exterior shots of the Clyde Motorcycles shop, Danny is peeking out through a ripped paper opening within the letter "D" in Clyde. However, in the interior shots the black tape letters of the word Clyde differs. The paper is ripped between the two letters "D" and "E" and that space within the "D" is blocked with molding, making what is in the exterior shots quite impossible. (00:15:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Eddie and Jamie stop to help the woman holding the boy, in the exterior shot as Jamie gets into the back of the RMP with the young boy, the reflection of camera equipment is visible on the window. (00:04:55)

Character mistake: While handcuffing an auxiliary officer in his apartment, there is a poster on the wall reading, "attention military personal..." Personal is misused. It should read "attention military personnel." (00:16:02)

Visible crew/equipment: After Mortimer's comment that Billy Ray has probably been stealing since he could crawl, when it cuts to the two officers opening the squad doors to place Billy Ray at the back of the vehicle, the barndoor set lighting is visible over the squad car at the top right corner of the screen. Continuity mistake: When Mom gives Molly the donation box she writes "Sunnyside" on only one side of the corrugated box. When the Sunnyside box is in the car and also when Mom carries it to the daycare, there's printed red text (name, contents, etc) under the hand hole at the adjacent side of the box, but when Bonnie's Mom carries the box into the butterfly room that printed red text has vanished (NOT the handwritten "Sunnyside"), then it reappears when the kids go to recess. Continuity mistake: When the door of Pod 1 opens after Jeff realises there is a saboteur on board, we see three vehicles in the pod and beside the Monobrake there is a red unit which has a windshield on it. However, when we see Chip appearing in the next shot, the windshield has gone.

Visible crew/equipment: When Bumpy hires Shaft to find his daughter, Bumpy gives Shaft an envelope with money, and when Shaft stands up you can see the bulge of the hidden microphone and wire at the front of Shaft's turtleneck sweater. When Bumpy leaves the office Shaft turns around and there's a bulge at the back of his waist, which is presumably the mic transmitter. (00:26:10)

Visible crew/equipment: The morning after the bar shooting, when Charlie and Johnny Boy are in the apartment, we can see the outlines of the hidden mic wires at the front of both of their undershirts, as well as the bulge of the mic transmitter at the back of Johnny's waist. (00:50:35)

Revealing mistake: Near the end when Ace gets into his Cadillac, in the first shot facing the front of the car, there is a protective glass in front of Ace (the same width as the windshield) with the dashboard in between that glass and the windshield. Note the vertical edge of the glass is visible at the right side, and the rearview mirror's sticker on the windshield casts a shadow onto the second glass. During the stunt, the flames on the dashboard are between the glass shield and the windshield, keeping the actor safe from harm. (02:46:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Buck and Manolito finally meet up with John, Blue, and the other men, Buck hands over Olive to Sam, and in the next shot of Mano and Blue the boom mic dips into view at the top of the screen. (00:43:45)

Continuity mistake: The buttons on Amos Slade's shirt repeatedly change sides between shots throughout the movie. One example is while Copper and Tod are swimming, when Amos tells Chief that Copper has strayed off again, the buttons on Slade's shirt go from being on the left to being on the right, then back to the left again. Other mistake: When the Dwarfs first leave the mine entrance, the first few animation cells seem to have been omitted, so that at first the entrance is empty and then the Dwarfs appear out of thin air.
