Continuity mistake: At Bella Notte's, after Robert entertains Giselle with the magic trick, the salt shaker is on the table between them and the pepper shaker is at the opposite end of the table, beside Morgan's plate. When Nathaniel brings the apple martini both shakers are beside Morgan's plate, though nobody touched the salt.

Enchanted (2007)
Continuity mistake: When Giselle stands on the livingroom coffee table as she sings, the hutch stands about a foot away from the fireplace mantle behind her. When she tosses the flowers into the vase, which sits upon the fireplace mantle, the hutch is so close that it nearly touches the mantle.

Enchanted (2007)
Other mistake: In his search of Giselle, when Edward knocks on doors 209 (hissing cat), 405 (barking dog), and 714 (purple guy), the funny thing is that in all three close-ups the three door jambs/trim have the same paint glob markings. The actual doors were changed, but the jamb/trim remained the same for all three shots. (Only visible on widescreen DVD). (01:04:05)

Continuity mistake: At Katz's deli, when Pip stands on the cup scooping up the ice cube, the fork on the tray is to the right of the blue ticket. When Pip stands on the tray the ticket has moved to the tray's edge, and the fork is now to the ticket's left. (00:39:45)

Enchanted (2007)
Continuity mistake: When animated Giselle happily sings and dances, in the shot before she places the red rose on her "one true love", the room's round window is behind her. The very large vase with the bouquet of flowers is gone from the shelf beside the window, as are the other objects on the lower shelf. (00:03:10)

The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)
Continuity mistake: When Eddie escapes the deep freeze, he wears three rings on his left hand: his middle, ring and pinkie fingers. Bizarrely, the pinkie ring actually disappears in quite a few shots, including when Eddie plays the sax and when he lifts Columbia, just before they mess around on the floor. (00:42:30)

Emergency! (1972)
Continuity mistake: In nearly every episode, the dark blue jackets that Gage and DeSoto wear suddenly appear and/or vanish and then reappear, numerous times, while en route in their squad, or when they pull into the stationhouse and Rampart. Since stock footage is usually used when showing all the guys getting into their vehicles, Johnny's hair length may differ as well.

Emergency! (1972)
Revealing mistake: When Engine 51 and/or Squad 51 are dispatched, the shots of the vehicles when they are first dispatched, while en route to the call or en route to Rampart, etc, in many instances, are stock footage or repeat shots which show the same traffic, same parked cars, same people, etc., from previous episodes.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007)
Continuity mistake: The worn areas of Jack's leather hat drastically changes throughout the film. Additionally, the hat has a threaded 'X' on both its right and left side. In numerous close-ups extra thread holes are visible in different areas near each of these Xs; such as in the Locker, when Jack lies on the ground as the Pearl passes by and later, on the little island, before Jack switches places with Will. In other shots those extra holes are gone, such as when Jack sets sail for the Fountain of Youth. The actual sizes of the Xs also change.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006)
Continuity mistake: Aboard the Pearl, after Will orders the rum to be loaded, and Gibbs responds, "Aye, the rum too," the cloth round Gibbs's neck has the loop to his right, but in previous and following shots it's actually "tied" round his neck the opposite way, with the loop to his left. Face/Off (1997)
Continuity mistake: When Castor (as Sean Archer) is speared, as he stands there singing morosely his shirt is drenched in blood, but when he is next seen in the ambulance that blood on his shirt has vanished. Additionally, the cuts on his face produce blood trails which smear, when he is first speared, but in the ambulance his face is cleaned up and the blood trails are thin and neat.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006)
Plot hole: In a close-up, just as Jack is freed from the hole in the water wheel, we see the axle's circular wood frame with its spinning bars, above and behind him, as he runs the wheel. At the end of this close-up, Jack's happy facial expression gives way to a look of dread, as he supposedly sees an approaching metal bar about to make contact with his forehead. This is impossible, since all bars are spinning behind him. After a close-up of the actual bar, in the next shot as Jack's forehead makes contact, he stands further back and is now at the center of the circular wood frame, so as to be in perfect alignment with those spinning bars. Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006)
Plot hole: There are six metal bars mounted around the circumference of the water wheel's axle. In the wheel's interior, when Jack frees himself he lands on his feet, begins to run and promptly hits his head on one of those mounted axle bars, then falls out. Moments later, when Jack returns and runs in the wheel, he is shorter (way more than a foot) than all six of the mounted axle bars spinning with the water wheel, which would make that previous shot impossible, however humorous it is.
