Continuity mistake: When Steve Martin is going berserk in the grocery store he is wearing white socks as he runs away from the assistant manager. In the next scene in the jail cell, he's wearing black socks.

Visible crew/equipment: When Cowboy, Joker, Rafterman and the other Marines are running across the buildings to get to Animal in the final sniper scene, watch the foreground. Right before they reach Animal, you can see they run by a crouching crew member, in the foreground at the bottom of the screen. (01:38:52)

Visible crew/equipment: While Troi tells Riker about the Captain's grueling negotiations between the Gemarians and Dachlyds, when Picard joins them on the bridge, there are three visible T-marks taped to the floor. (00:01:50)

Visible crew/equipment: Before the last battle, when the Wendol warlord nears the Norse village he's on horseback and raises his arm swinging his weapon. Visible crew/equipment: When Reed asks Walters how many kids he has, the moving boom mic casts a shadow on the lockers at the top, left side of the screen. It appears again a few shots later. (00:00:50)

Continuity mistake: When Jenna sees herself in the mirror and topples backward over the shelf, there's a tall floor lamp directly behind the striped armchair with an ottoman. As Jenna gets to her feet, we also see there's nothing beside the armchair's arm. When Jenna's new appearance shocks her and she whispers, "What is happening?" the floor lamp has vanished, and now a small table with a plant appears beside the armchair. (00:14:20)

Revealing mistake: Just before A-Wax kills the guy in the red sweatshirt, you can see the squibs bulging on his back, underneath the victim's clothing.

Captain Jack - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: Ward jokes about the boys having two baths in three days, being some kind of record. It then cuts to the boys sitting on the floor in the bathroom, and we can see the hamper at the right with nothing atop it, but when Wally stands up to put CJ back in the "aquarium" the tank lid is lying on the hamper. Continuity mistake: During the fight scene in David Ershon's office, Will Ferrell grabs a painting off the wall and smashes it, and two shots later while the fight scene is still happening, the same painting is back up on the wall in perfect condition. (00:55:25)

The Church Benefactors - S8-E20

Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the finance committee meeting, when Clara walks into the office modelling the choir robe, the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the door, in the top right corner of the screen. White tape marks are also visible on the floor, as Clara twirls in the choir robe. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: Gamble and Hoitz get thrown to the ground when the accounting office explodes. In an overhead shot of them rolling around on the ground, Gamble's wooden gun has fallen from its holster and is lying on the ground. Cut to a side shot and the gun is back in its holster. Gamble had both hands covering his ears the whole time, he did not pick up the gun. Then comes another overhead shot, the wooden gun is again missing from the holster. (00:48:45)

In the first shot, Klaus is not wearing a pinky ring on his right hand while holding the key with the round charm dangling, but in the closeup Klaus is now wearing a pinky ring on his right hand and is instead holding the keychain charm, with the key dangling.
