Continuity mistake: While Don's at the parking garage with Rachel Abbott's car he realises that the killer had been watching Karen Silber's house, and when they rush off to her house there are white security bars on the windows and front door in the long shot and also later in the news footage, but when they're at her house none of those bars exist and the shrubbery also differs.

Revealing mistake: After Sophie faints at her bachelorette party, during the next scene it cuts back and forth between shots taking place in two rooms - Donna walking into Tanya and Rosie's room, then Sophie walking into Ali and Lisa's room, and both rooms have the very same cracks and stains on the walls revealing it was filmed in the same room, but with different furniture.

Continuity mistake: During Nadya's escape from the monastery, there are exterior shots of Nadya through the windshield and there's nothing hanging from the rear-view mirror, but in the interior shot (viewed from the back seat) just as she swerves away from the red car, there's a small cross on a cord which is hanging from the rear-view mirror.

Continuity mistake: We've seen the arrangement of Joey and Chandler's bathroom in two previous episodes (1x3, The One with the Thumb, and 1x12, The One with the Dozen Lasagnas) with the sink opposite the bathroom door. In this episode the sink is relocated and the bath/shower is now opposite the bathroom door, for the rest of the series.

When Paolo takes a bite from the chip he also eats the guacamole off Rachel's hand while she's still holding the rest of the tortilla chip, but in the next closeup Rachel's hand is empty, then in the next shot the remaining tortilla chip reappears in Rachel's hand. Continuity mistake: When the Thasians restore Yeoman Rand on the bridge she's barefoot, but when Charlie begs Kirk not to let the Thasians take him because he can't live with them anymore, we see Rand wearing a white fluffy slipper (which she wasn't holding when she reappeared), then she's back to being barefoot again. Visible crew/equipment: After the Klingon vessel's attack on the Enterprise, while returning fire just as Kirk orders to maintain firing range at 100% dispersal pattern, the set's unfinished wood plank with grey paint drip marks can be seen at the bottom of the screen. Additionally, at the end when Spock goes to stand beside Kirk's chair (also when he walks away) the actor's mark can be seen on the floor by Spock's feet.
