Continuity mistake: At the Grey Havens, just as Gandalf stands before his four brave Hobbits and says, "I will not say, 'Do not weep,' for not all tears are an evil," note the design on Pippin's scarf. When Gandalf says, "It is time, Frodo," the pattern on Pippin's scarf is entirely different, though it's the same style scarf. It then reverts back to the previous pattern when Frodo boards the White Ship.

At this time the one with the long sleeved shirt is wearing his gun in a shoulder-holster. In the next shot, when those two guards are running out the door and down the stairs, the long sleeved guy's shoulder-holster has vanished, but as they run toward the van, the shoulder-holster reappears again. Revealing mistake: At the start, while Jo and her parents are inside their storm cellar, Jo's father attempts to hold down the overhead cellar door during the tornado. Then, just as the F5 yanks the cellar door up along with Mr. Thornton, we can see the cable link that is attached between the actor's back and the cellar door, for this stunt. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: In "Graveyard Shift," when Squidward says to that guy they think is the hash-slinging slasher, "If that was you on the phone and you on the bus, then who was flickering the lights?" look at the "order here" sign. It says "order hear" instead of "order here," which it reads in previous shots during this episode.

Deliberate mistake: Jack stops his motorbike beside a stream, and Jack's weapon strap crosses over his left shoulder when he walks over to have a drink. Then Animal Control Guy begins to walk back to his van, and watch as mid-shot his shirt buttons and everything else switch to the opposite side (if it's paused we also see his mic cord clips through his arm). Continuity mistake: When Josephine grabs Ezekiel by his poncho, she is wearing a black glove on her right arm, but when the scene cuts to Ezekiel when he says, "What business is it of yours?", the glove disappears, showing Josephine's arm bare, but in the next shot, she is wearing both gloves again. Better Never Than Late - S3-E16

Visible crew/equipment: While Kate and the family are seated on the Cannonball headed to Pixley, after Charley tells Floyd to look at the pressure gauge (because he forgot to load the tender), when it cuts back to Kate we can see a crew member (animal trainer likely) making hand gestures, at the right side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: During the election meeting held at the saloon, there's a large sign that reads "Capitol City Here We Come" on the wall by the stairs. We see this sign in numerous shots. When Valance enters the saloon there's still a sign on that wall by the stairs, but now the painted handwriting on this sign is different. Moreover, the original sign that had been by the stairs is now up on the side wall of the saloon, where Valance and his thugs stand; note the handwriting. (01:09:20 - 01:13:45)

Trivia: At Commissioner Gordon's office, when Batman is checking the package Puzzler had sent, he's using the Bat-stethoscope to listen intently for ticking. Note how the headphone earpieces of the Bat-stethoscope are placed on the pointy bat ears material at the top of Batman's cowl, and not lower where the man's actual ears are located under the cowl. Continuity mistake: While Jin is finishing up work on the raft, Sun walks over then holds out her translation notebook for Jin. In the shot facing Sun, she's gripping the notebook's spiral coil binding, but in the next shot facing Jin, she's gripping the top of the notebook. (00:36:30)

Continuity mistake: When Michael sits with Walt at the airport, Michael says, "If you're worried about Vincent," and the newspaper in his hands is folded and held straight up with the blue Oceanic envelope. but when he says, "Dogs fly in the luggage compartment all the time," the way the newspaper is folded and held is different, and there is no blue envelope.
