Continuity mistake: In the sit room, when the president is trying to decide whether to intercept the smugglers' aircraft, the local time displayed On the Clock in the background jumps from 19:12 to 19:58, back to 19:12, then to 20:13, then to 19:08. It then jumps to 19:53, then 19:59, then back to 19:15, then to 19:02. It then jumps to 20:00, before going back to 19:15 and finally finishing 19:02. All in the space of about 2 minutes of ‘real time'. (00:01:10 - 00:02:45)

Just Another Normal Day - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: In the morning kitchen scene with the kids eating breakfast, the daughter bends down and grabs a blue box of cereal from the bottom cupboard. Next cut from the opposite angle, shows that she now has a yellow box of cereal instead. (00:12:25)

Visible crew/equipment: Near the start, after the chopper crashes in the field, while Jack Riley is talking to Von Schauer and George Wilson we can see the small microphone clipped to Jack's shirt under his tie. (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: The mine cart Willie pushes and then climbs into does not have an actual braking mechanism at the bottom of the braking pole, but after Indy joins Willie and Shorty in the mine cart there's a sudden appearance of a metal braking mechanism, which is attached to the pole and base of the cart, for use during the chase.

Revealing mistake: The boat is quite rocky, causing their food to move around the table. However, the plate obviously has wheels on it to make it move easier. (00:18:00)

Revealing mistake: Right after one of the Mountie's cars is split in half by the snowplow, you can see the mini-wheel used to keep the half-car propped up.

Continuity mistake: When Sheriff Justice has caused the roller coaster frame to collapse his car's left front hubcap is gone, but soon reappears. Then during the "game of chicken" between the semi-trailers and police cars, his car's left back hubcap is gone, but reappears just before Justice thinks about retiring.

Visible crew/equipment: When the truck carrying the caged gorilla pulls into the alleyway, just as Hans and Carl exit the truck and walk away, the blue-sleeved arm of the cameraman/crew member is visible as it moves upward, at the right side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: In the duel at Skull Rock, after Peter leads Captain Hook onto thin air, Hook drops his sword and scrambles to grab hold of the cliff again. But when we see Hook's reaction to the approaching crocodile, you can see his sword back in its sheath. (00:51:50)

Continuity mistake: At Skull Rock, when Captain Hook is swallowed by the crocodile Smee conks him on the head, and while Hook is underwater note that he has a left hand and his hook is at his right side, but it should be the opposite way. (00:45:00)

Other mistake: While Indy and Henry are aboard the zeppelin Indy tosses Vogel out the lounge window, and when Vogel shouts up to the departing airship, in the next exterior shot we see the zeppelin airborne against a scenic view. Later, when Indy realises the zeppelin is turning around it cuts to another exterior shot of the airship, and the scenic view is identical to the earlier shot, only it's been flipped. The images of the zeppelin facing two different directions were composited onto the same scenic background.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the crocodile attacks Hook at Skull Rock, there is a shot where the croc bites Hook's left foot and the shoe comes off, leaving Hook's left foot bare. In the shot with Hook wrapped around the croc's snout, the shoe is back on Hook's left foot and his right foot is bare. (00:44:50)

Continuity mistake: At Skull Rock, after the crocodile has nipped off a good bit of Hook's clothing, sock and shoe, when Hook rushes toward Smee in the boat the crocodile opens his mouth, and just as he swallows Hook he's nearly fully clothed and wearing both socks and both shoes.

Continuity mistake: When Indy comes face-to-face with Hitler he hands over Henry's diary with its black elastic around the back cover, but in the closeup as the signature is being signed the elastic is around the front cover, then it's around the back cover again when Indy takes the diary back.

Continuity mistake: After Wu Han is shot there's a closeup of the gun in Chen's hand, and as the camera slowly pans up to Chen's face note the carnation is on Chen's right lapel, though in the previous and following shots Chen's boutonnière is on his left lapel. The closeup is a flipped shot.

Continuity mistake: When Indy, Shorty and Willie are looking at the ritual from the "balcony" in the cave, they take a look at the big skull on the wall. The artifact stones aren't placed in the skull. In the next shot the stones are there. After a few seconds the camera turns and the stones aren't there again. Some minutes later some of the bad guys bring them and put them in the skull.

Revealing mistake: During the mine cart scene, after Indy notices that the track cuts out, just as the mine cart flies over the expanse there's a vertical wire at the back of the cart, leading up to the top of the screen, and a horizontal wire at the front of the cart, leading toward the right side of the screen. Additionally, when the mine cart lands on the other track keep your eye on the top edge of the screen as something dips into view, but it's pulled back up immediately, right before the shot cuts away to Mola Ram. The wires and the mysterious object can be seen when viewed on Amazon Prime, but they seem to have been edited out of the DVD (2008 version) I own.
