Continuity mistake: After Homer taunts the angry mob about not knowing where he lives, the mob gathers in front of his house, and in the shot of Homer and Marge in the bedroom note the light switch on the wall and the items on the dressing table, but in the next shot as Lisa and Bart run into the room the items on the table have vanished and the light switch is gone. Continuity mistake: At the cabin, after watching the TV report about the "new Grand Canyon," when Marge puts on her robe there aren't any pockets, but in following shots two pockets have appeared.

Continuity mistake: After being held in the EPA truck, when Marge and the kids wake up at the Town Square - the remains of the courthouse with its lion statues are behind them. The buildings to the left of the courthouse change in following shots, such as while Cletus distracts Cargill, or when Homer's on the motorcycle and grabs the cowboy hat. (01:04:30)

Continuity mistake: After Hawkeye and Trapper leave the OR, when they open the door to the Swamp the dartboard is not hanging on the door, but in the interior shot the dartboard's there.

Continuity mistake: While Bart's standing on the roof's TV antenna when Homer's shaking it, in the overhead shot of the house - note the front walkway and the wood fence between Flanders' and Simpsons' houses, the chimney is actually missing from the side of the roof adjacent to Flanders' house, and the antenna is also much closer to that side of the house than it should be. Continuity mistake: While Mulder's waiting for Langly and Frohike to unlock the exit door, Gray-Haired Man keeps shooting at the glass door, and the increasing bullet damage on the glass doesn't stay consistent as more damage occurs, and changes between the closeups and wideshots.

Continuity mistake: After Scratchy blows up in the movie they're watching, when Homer stands up in the shot facing the audience there are two empty seats behind Homer, between Dr. Hibbert and Marge, who's seated beside Lisa, but in the next shot facing the screen Marge is now seated beside Dr. Hibbert, and there's only one empty seat now between Marge and Lisa. Deliberate mistake: During the fire Marge runs back into the house and goes to the kitchen cabinet that has a "keepsake cabinet" nameplate and a keyhole, in order to remove the wedding video, but the nameplate and keyhole didn't exist before. (00:33:35)

Continuity mistake: While Andy's falling asleep, when Potato Head and Rex pop out of the Eggman Mover's box it has "Andy's toys" written on one side and the adjacent side is solid - no openings, but when Woody opens this box in the moving truck, there are now open handle cutouts on the two adjacent sides to where "Andy's toys" is written.

Continuity mistake: In Sid's room, there's a lightbulb hanging over the table (which he turns on when he switches the doll's and pterodactyl's heads), and its electrical cord that hangs beside the lava lamp (filled with toy heads) vanishes and reappears a few times during the scenes there.

Other mistake: There are six various bolts, locks, and latches on Sid's door above and below the doorknob, and some are in their locked positions when the door either opens or closes. For example, after Sid replaces the doll head with the pterodactyl head and calls Hannah, when the door opens we can see the dead bolt and slide latch are both slid out in their locked positions and yet Sid's able to open and shut the door, which is quite impossible.

Revealing mistake: When Woody falls out of the closet wrapped in the string lights he hears Buzz's voice, and in the next shot as Woody sneaks up to Hannah's room we see Sid's open door and doorway, which looks perfectly normal. However, after Woody rescues Buzz from Hannah's tea party they both stop in the hallway, and there's another shot of Sid's open door and doorway, only this time it's not normal to say the least. Five of the six hasps, bolts, and locks that should be (and normally are) screwed into and attached to the inside of Sid's door (one hasp mechanism, third one down from the top, is attached to the door's frame) are now actually kind of floating there in mid-air right beside the doorway, as if there's an invisible door there. Weird that Pixar artists deliberately did this, but it's bizarrely funny to see.

Continuity mistake: At the gas station market, when Bart puts the can of soda pop on the counter, we see the yellow label on the glass beef jerky jar, facing away from Bart. When Marge points to the beef jerky its label has vanished, then when the clerk points to the similar looking family the label is back. (00:45:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bart is inside the gas station market, while Homer pumps gas, Bart puts the soda pop can directly on the counter beside the white mat, but in the next shot, when Bart turns around the can has moved itself onto the mat, at the farther end.

Continuity mistake: When Kate pulls Ray from the burning pickup, in the first shot as she drags him across the grass his overall suspenders are not on - they are not clasped shut. However, as Kate drags him, a few shots later the suspenders are properly clasped on. (00:30:50)

Revealing mistake: When Kate is with Ray in his pickup, he wears his wedding band on his left hand, and his right arm is prosthetic. After the wreck, when Kate pulls him from the cab and onto the grass, he wears his ring on his right hand (which is supposed to be prosthetic); the door and Kate's bracelet are also on the wrong side - obviously a flipped shot. Continuity mistake: When Jack speaks to Michael and Jin, as they build the raft, and then when he walks up the beach and inquires about Sawyer's trouble with his head, the backpack that Jack carries on his back is nylon, black/green with white trim. Yet, when Sawyer asks, "Sensitivity to light, that bad?" the backpack is suddenly transformed into solid black leather, of an entirely different style. Then, in following shots it jumps back and forth. (00:16:40)

Continuity mistake: While the Simpsons are walking the plank of wood between their house and Flanders' house, in the shot right after Plopper the pig pushes the wood plank off the windowsill, just as the Simpsons fall and the arrows fly by overhead, note the mysterious cable box and long cable that have suddenly appeared out of nowhere, attached to the wall beside the second window on the opposite side of the chimney. Continuity mistake: After Russ Cargill places the tank with the mutated squirrel on the President's desk, when Cargill says, "Here's our chance to kick some ass for mother earth," the tank's not on the desk where it was placed, but then it reappears where it should be. (00:26:10)

Continuity mistake: When Russ Cargill holds up the tank with the mutated squirrel to the eye security system on the wall, there is a square piece under the handle to secure it to the top. However, when Cargill holds the tank up to the President that square has vanished and it's just the handle. Then when the President is face-to-face with it, a bar has appeared between the two sides of the handle. (00:24:50)
