Visible crew/equipment: When Jack is running beside the bus and breaks the window to get the driver's attention, there's a reflection in the window of the bus of a cameraman (wearing a baseball cap) running alongside the camera. In the next scene where the bus pulls ahead, the reflection of the camera is larger and more noticeable. (00:34:35)

Revealing mistake: When the first bus is blowing up, in the shot of the right side of the bus as it's being engulfed in flames, look closely and you'll see the cable attached to the front of the bus, under its bumper, as it's slowly being pulled by the van in front of it (some DVD or Blu-ray versions may have been edited). Continuity mistake: While Ellie is standing behind the first bus (#204) when it's filling up on gas at the rest stop her suitcase is stolen, and as Peter starts chasing after the thief note all the license plate numbers including "173-909" and "G8271" at the back of the bus. Later, when Ellie and Peter are on the second bus (#217) as it drives into the muddy ditch, in the closeup we see license plate numbers "173-909" and "G8271" (and more) which are the same as the first bus they were on. Continuity mistake: Level 16 "Game Over" cutscene: When Bart grabs the save games and threatens to destroy it, we see the front labeled "Memo: Planet Earth..." and the back is blank, then when Bart holds it up the front is facing forward, but in the next shot the label faces the opposite way, note Bart's thumb.

Continuity mistake: When the Munchkins come out onto the Yellow Brick Road, one of them comes out of a sewer hatch on the yellow bricks. It's located on the ground in front of the first small white cottage with the thatched roof, right behind Dorothy's house. Throughout this scene, the dark hatch is visible whenever we see that specific location, such as when the Wicked Witch of the West asks, "Who killed my sister? Who killed the Witch of the East? Was it you?" but as Dorothy begins to "follow the yellow brick road", there is an overhead shot followed by a front shot and the dark hatch has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: After both Dorothy and Scarecrow have oiled Tin Man's elbows, Dorothy pulls the Tin Man's arm down and we see her throw the apple that she's holding down behind him. In the next shot it reappears in her left hand. (00:41:55)

Continuity mistake: When Katara is trying to heal the wounded earthbender, she gives Sokka the idea to take down The Drill from the inside. Sokka then stops her from saying anything while she is sitting down, and she is wearing her necklace. When she stands up in that same shot, the necklace is gone, like they forgot to animate it. Continuity mistake: When Goofy searches through the dresser drawers one of the ghosts causes trouble, then Goofy breaks through the top of the dresser and winds up trapped inside, but when all four ghosts appear the dresser top is perfectly fine and that damage has vanished. Also, two of the drawers (one large and one small) fall out of the dresser, but as the four ghosts are pushing the dresser those two drawers have reappeared in their proper places.

Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: When the game instruction manual appears in front of Bart, with Homer on the front cover and a blue back cover, the manual's spine is at the left and it opens at the right, but when Bartman explains to Homer that he's now a superhero with awesome powers, the manual's spine is now at the right and it opens at the left.

Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: After Marge confiscates Bart's video game, when Bart complains about "nothing to play" we see the corner of the museum across the street and there are no crosswalk lines, nor is there a fire hydrant, but when Bart starts reading the game instruction manual there's a red fire hydrant at the corner as well as white crosswalk lines, then when Homer appears they vanish again.

Continuity mistake: Level 4 "Lisa the Tree Hugger" cutscene: When Mr. Burns tells Smithers about his plan to cut down Springfield's forests, in the first overhead shot we see books and a telephone directly beside the desk pad, but when Smithers tells Burns it's a great idea that area of the desk is empty.

Continuity mistake: Level 5 "Mob Rules" cutscene: When Lisa shouts that they're being invaded Marge is wearing the baby carrier with Maggie, but in the exterior shot of the entire house Marge is not wearing the baby carrier, note the two shoulder straps and waist strap are gone, then Marge is babywearing again in following shots. Also note that when Bart tells them about their "super responsibilities" the doorbell has vanished.
