Continuity mistake: The episode starts out in a flashback of three college kids hanging about a pool. One of them is a nerdy guy who passes off a key fob to the other dude who leaves. A murder happens, and then the scene morphs to the current Judge Crawford, but there is one major flaw. Crawford is about 60ish, and the key fob is from the '90s era. So, the timeline is off.

Character mistake: When Elle mentions the term 'Mensrea' during the court hearing, the attorneys react with silent mocks to each other and smirk like snobby teenage girls, though aware that she is a law student bringing witness to the case, instead of showing professionalism.

Continuity mistake: Or perhaps just algorithm: When Indy and his friend are delving through the webbed cave in search of treasure, the friend turns a bit to reveal a pile of tarantulas suddenly covering his shoulders, descending his chest, the same as Indy, who suddenly turns, revealing his backside covered in them. When cut, prior, their backsides were empty. The spiders didn't just fall from the ceiling onto their backs; we would have seen this. Purely for creep factor and nothing more.

But then hesitates a moment, like the actor knew what was going to happen, ruining the suspense just as the house begins to 'shake', things crashing. Then the Demon grabs Mark too lightly, possibly to avoid hurting the Mark actor, as Straker speaks.

Continuity mistake: The journalist/reporter lady's hair changes between shots when she is interviewing Hooker at the Bible killer's empty car. In a single close-up, her hair is 'blowing' like an isolated intimate moment between her and Hooker, while in the other shots her hair is in place.

Other mistake: When Loren confronts Elizabeth about giving Dr. Mike away, he states he's lived for 10 years with the guilt of not giving his late daughter Abagail away in marriage to Sully. But it would in fact have been only 4 years, given Sully's marriage to Abagail was 1.5 years before their pregnancy, labour, and death, followed by Dr. Mike's arrival a year later, to their current wedding day.

Stupidity: When the storage unit guy gives Reemie (lawyer) full access, she enters, then rolls the door down to shut him out before grabbing what she needs, and then acts all surprised and irritated when she discovers she's locked in, having to force her way out. The smart lawyer she’s supposed to be should have closed the door only a bit or shooed the storage guy away.
