Continuity mistake: When Chaucer is introducing William at the end of the movie, he stands on the arms between the chairs of Prince Edward and the lady, a foot on each arm. When it cuts to a side view showing William's father to the Prince, Chaucer is no longer in between the chairs. Not to mention the fact that the Prince is looking at the railing (where Chaucer just was). The very next shot, he is back between the chairs. (02:03:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When all the guys are on site of an overturned tractor trailer, Captain Stanley says "Let's cool off that cab." In the next closeup of Stoker spinning a gear, the reflection of the cameraman (with mustache and hat) holding a handheld camera is visible on the engine's red surface.

Visible crew/equipment: When Engine and Squad 51 are at the cliff with the young unconscious boy, Captain Stanley calls in to dispatch, with Stoker standing beside him. The reflection of the camera crane and location set lights are visible in the side door mirror.

Continuity mistake: When Timothy shows Buffy how to use the grill, there is a wood-handled grill press, and another tool, right in front of the button panel. However, after he says, "It eliminates variation," in the close-up as he presses the button, both tools as well as the transparent plastic glove he wears have all vanished. Continuity mistake: When Buffy is assigned to the grill, as Timothy explains the process he's wearing a short-sleeved orange/white stripe uniform. In the close-up, when he places the second patty on the grill, Timothy is wearing a 3/4 sleeve, dark blue shirt. (00:17:15)

Continuity mistake: Cristina walks in during the party with two containers of cupcakes, places them on the side table and walks out. When Alex opens the lid and starts picking at the cupcake toppings, in the shots facing him the top container lid is wide open, but in shots facing Meredith the lid is closed and the cupcakes are untouched. Continuity mistake: At Strickland Propane, when Kahn hands Hank his propane tank, it is set down on the counter right beside the bell. However, in the shots facing Kahn, the bell is directly in front of him, but the propane tank is nowhere to be seen. Additionally, during this scene note the difference in the ceiling height in relation to the wall boards and the doorway behind Hank. (00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: The two women near Peggy, who are sitting on the benches in the stands, are seated on the fourth and fifth levels in the wideshots, but in the close-up they're seated on the third and fourth levels.

Deliberate mistake: When Cindy is talking to the killer on the phone, and he says, "I could be anywhere. I'm like the wind, baby," she walks into the living-room. Notice the wall behind the couch, it is completely different a moment later. When the killer hides behind the curtains, the wall behind the couch has large bay windows with seating underneath. Then when the killer is at her house the second time, all the windows are gone during the Matrix send-up, so Cindy can run along that wall.

Continuity mistake: After the killer throws Cindy at the wall and then breaks the long table, Cindy runs and stands in front of the round side table and lamp, which are right beside the wicker chair. However, when she levitates, that table and lamp are now beside the couch.

Continuity mistake: The number of wood slats on Baby Herman's playpen keeps changing at the start of the film. When his mom says goodbye there are eight slats at the front, and five at the side. When he escapes the playpen there are eight at the side, and when Roger realizes the playpen's empty, there are nine at the side and seven at the front. Additionally, the characteristics of the teddy bear changes, as well as the colors of the balls on the wood slats. (00:00:40)
