Revealing mistake: At the start, when the girls in the bunk are standing in front of the mirror, the first shot of them looks as if the camera is facing the mirror and we're seeing their reflection, but note that neither the buttons on Alexa's blouse nor her white bracelet are on the opposite side. The "mirror" is actually regular glass with the girls standing behind the glass to mimic a reflection, though Alexa's blouse and bracelet reveal the secret. (00:03:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Amy calls the squad in to talk about a Christmas card for Holt, there's tape on the floor by Gina and Terry's feet, showing where they are supposed to stand. (00:05:00)

If the Shoe Pinches - S6-E27

Revealing mistake: After Samantha restores The Leprechaun's power he walks into the backyard, and when Endora, who's on the roof, uses her powers to have him float up to join her, the wire cables can be seen giving him the needed boost upwards. Later, the cables can be seen again when Sam lifts him up in the living room. (00:09:40)

Continuity mistake: When the astronauts are in space and are taking their equipment off, Jack Swigert removes his outer suit gloves then removes his white glove liners and tucks them into the floating suit glove, but next shot Swigert is still wearing the black suit gloves, and it then cuts to Swigert removing his helmet and he is still wearing the white glove liners.

Sharif Returns - S4-E13

Visible crew/equipment: When Gibbs is on the phone with Sharif, Gibbs asks him, "Who were they? Wife? Family?" and just as he says the word "wife" we can see an actor's red tape mark on the floor at the corner of DiNozzo's desk, which wasn't there a minute earlier when McGee walked over to DiNozzo. Visible crew/equipment: Right after the explosion, Lovell tells Houston that they've got multiple cautions and warnings, and they've got to restart, then Swigert says, "I'm going to SCS," and he flips the switch. In the next wideshot of the trio, we can see the arm and fingers of a hidden crew member wearing a short sleeve blue shirt, who's holding up a hose at the bottom right corner of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: During the moon landing daydream sequence, Lovell is shown performing the typical low-gravity moon walk. The thin wires used to facilitate the hopping effect can be seen at the top of the frame, and stand out against the light metal finish of the lunar lander. (01:13:30)

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Lovell secures the hatch for LM jettison, and Swigert states "Okay, pyro batts look good, I don't think we're gonna have to tie those other batteries," there is a visible bearded crew member wearing glasses and a hoodie on the lower right hand side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: Just before Laurie stabs Michael with the knitting needle you can see that one of the window shutters is open and that the wind is ruffling the curtain. When the camera gets closer and the curtain is out of the way you can see the huge fan in the studio being used to simulate the wind outside. (01:19:50)

Continuity mistake: When Annie drops Laurie off at Tommy Doyle's house, when she walks in their front door it has multiple glass panels, but later it is a solid, plain white door. (00:34:45 - 00:39:55)
