Continuity mistake: In part 1 and part 2, the character that Donald Harron portrays is noted as "Art Harris" in the opening credits of both episodes. The problem occurs during part 2, where the character is repeatedly referred to as "Ray" Harris, the FBS Deputy Director. (00:05:15 - 00:05:50)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the song "Chillin' Like a Villain," Evie's shoes go from having high block heels to entirely different shorter wedge heels during the song. After the song, it's back to the high block heels. (00:38:20 - 00:39:40)

Flipper and the Bounty - S2-E13
Visible crew/equipment: After Bud wakes up all alone in Bligh's cabin, he soon realises all the doors are locked. Then, just as Bud rushes over to the stern window (particularly the second time), a seated crew member is visible at the bottom right corner of the screen; we can see the movement of a leg and two hands (so, it's not a mannequin).

Visible crew/equipment: On the train, Jack hears Mac saying the track isn't finished, then Jack becomes aware of the broken emergency stop button. When Jack walks back over to Annie and tells her they have to jump, we can see the reflection of the standing camera operator on the right door's window, and the reflection of a crouching crew member (possibly boom operator) on the left door's window. Definitely crew given they're meant to be alone on the train. (01:45:55)

After Jesse places his gun on the kitchen counter and pours himself a drink, Jessie heads over to the den to listen to Jenn's message again, and he takes a seat in the den. Continuity mistake: When Bart opens the door for Krusty and Sophie, Bart is standing on a floor mat, but in the next exterior shot, that indoor floor mat has vanished. Other changes include the cane's handle within Krusty's grip facing the opposite way, as well as Krusty's and Sophie's positions at the outdoor purple mat. (00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: While Krusty is in the hospital talking to Sophie, he pops the IV line from his arm so the tubing hangs down from the fluid bag. But when Krusty tells Sophie that he knows she's reaching out, suddenly Krusty's IV line is properly inserted in the cannula again, only to change back to the tubing hanging down. Also, the white pillow propping up Krusty's foot vanishes and reappears during these shots. (00:05:15)
