Continuity mistake: When Moses returns from Ethiopia amidst great fanfare, he's wearing two golden wings crisscrossed across his chest. At first they are crisscrossed with his left wing over his right, but when Moses kneels in front of Sethi, the wings are crisscrossed the opposite way, with his right wing over the left. These golden wings continue to switch positions repeatedly in the following shots. (00:21:20)

Deliberate mistake: While McClane drives in the tunnel, Gabriel orders, "Open the gates on the north side entrance." A few shots later the signal light changes from red to green and the north gate opens. The "warning" sign is backwards in this flipped shot. Then, when Gabriel opens the gates at the south entrance, there's a proper shot of the "south" gate opening. The two shots of the "north" and "south" gates opening are the same, but one is reversed. All the dirty smudges on the signs, booths, etc, are identical. (00:41:20 - 00:42:05)

Continuity mistake: When Mugsy takes Bugs into the other room, you can see the door has no handle, but when Rocky draws a gun and goes to see Bugs, a handle appears from nowhere.

Other mistake: When Sylvester is looking in the mirror whilst trying on hats, one of the hats has a price tag on it which reads $105.95. However, you can see the price numbering is the right way round - it should be back to front.

Continuity mistake: When Monica shows Chandler the photo of Chi-Chi, as she says, "It's good stuff, huh," in the closeup Monica takes hold of the photo with her raised empty right hand, but in the next wide shot Monica is holding a Sharpie in her right hand and the photo is in her raised left hand. Visible crew/equipment: After Kirk tells the policeman that he wants to see Merikus and "perhaps" he's a friend, the policemen lock the cell then leave, and when it cuts to a view of the cell from the side as Spock walks over to the steel bars, the overhead boom mic is visible inside the cell, over Spock. It's visible again, with a better view, when McCoy walks over to Spock beside the bars. (00:18:15)

Just as Kirk exits the turbo lift on the bridge, the boom mic is visible at the top, left side of the screen. Then when Kirk apologizes to Scotty, in the next wide shot two pieces of filming equipment are visible at the top of the screen. (00:17:20)
