Revealing mistake: During Jack and Judy Geller's party, there are many shots where Elliott Gould's (Jack Geller) stand-in is perfectly visible. First, when Catherine walks over to offer congratulations to Rachel and Ross. Second, when Ross looks directly at his "dad" to ask if they have to pretend they're married. Then, numerous wide shots of "stand-in Jack" and Judy seated together in the background, such as after Rachel mentions the ring being the size of her fist, and during the toasts, etc. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When Jack handcuffs Ray to the metal handrail, Ray's right wrist has the double strand bars facing up and single strand bar facing down, but when Jack tells the passengers about the gap and then uncuffs Ray before the jump, the handcuff's single strand bar is facing up on his right wrist.

Visible crew/equipment: After the gardening tools attack Roger in the shed, when Roger loads the shotgun to confront the marlin mounted on the wall, just as he enters the room and stops, the boom operator's raised arm is visible on the left side of the screen. (00:43:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford leaves the motel room he gets into his car, backs up and beeps, then as Angel dives into the car through the open window, we can see the reflection of crew, camera, boom mic, boom operator on the surface of the Firebird. (00:32:40)

Continuity mistake: At Amon Hen, Merry and Pippin run from the Uruk-hai after distracting them from Frodo's escape. After they run over the bridge, the next shot is of the two of them stopping short when Merry sees more oncoming Uruk-hai. Continuity mistake: At the very start, when Yaz says, "Oh yeah, we are totally in command," just as it begins to zoom out, the handcuff around Yaz's right wrist has the double bar facing out and her left wrist has the single bar facing out, but in following shots both handcuffs are facing the same way. Similarly, this occurs with the Doctor's handcuffs around both wrists, when the Doctor keeps trying the voice recognition. (00:00:10)

Visible crew/equipment: During the 'five years later' scenes, Chester, Jim, and two others arrive at the inn, and when Chester begins his tale of moving to Marina del Rey, we can see boom mic movement at the top of the screen, then as Jim mentions their houseboat being a few slips down from Robert Goulet, the boom mic dips way down into view, over Chester.

Continuity mistake: After Phil eats the "horse" egg at Moe's he asks to be taken to the hospital, and when it cuts back to Homer at the power plant, the direction of the stripes on Homer's tie switch to the opposite direction, mid shot. The same thing occurs again later. First, when Homer is standing outside the office while Fred talks to Burns about the benefits package, and also when Homer can't stay for Marge's turkey breakfast. Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, when John-Boy thinks he may know where AJ has gone he gets into the vehicle with Martin Walters, then as Todd starts driving away the reflection of a reflector screen becomes visible on the rear window, and it looks like the reflection of the boom operator's raised arm is visible as well. Continuity mistake: When Lois reminds Peter to go get the tree, there's a wreath with a bow hanging on the wall between the two pictures behind the couch, but when Lois convinces Peter with the promise of a new VCR that wreath has vanished, then it reappears and disappears again when Peter returns with the tree. Also, the plate of cookies that are on the arm of the couch seem to vanish as well.

Continuity mistake: After the opening credits, when Joey and Phoebe enter Joey's apartment, note the poster hanging on the wall and some items on top of the fridge, as well as a few of the magnets on the fridge, change, move, vanish, or suddenly appear in the following shots. Examples: the wall poster moves closer to the door; the Chunky B. Wear magnet at the side of the fridge moves to the freezer door; a takeout menu suddenly appears on the fridge door; the red star magnet vanishes; etc. (00:03:00)
