Continuity mistake: During the mine cart scene, right after Indy strikes the overhead metal bin, the next wideshot of the Thuggee goons is a flipped shot, note the stripe direction on their turbans and their cart's brake has switched sides. Then another shot with a view facing the front of Indy's cart looking back towards the Thuggee cart, note the brake at the front of Indy's cart has switched sides.

Revealing mistake: During the mine cart chase, when Short Round's arms are being pulled by the Thuggees while Indy's hanging onto him, in the side wideshot you can see the black safety strap around Shorty's hips, over his pants.

Visible crew/equipment: During the "full attack" at the start of the Battle of Stirling Bridge, Wallace repeatedly shouts, "Hold," and in the wideshot right before Wallace finally shouts, "Now!" as the horses gallop towards the right side of the screen, we can see a white car at the left side of the screen. Revealing mistake: After the first battle in the Colosseum (The Battle of Carthage), Commodus decides to meet "The Spaniard" in the arena. When Quintus (the head of the Praetorian Guard) is telling the slaves to drop their weapons, we can see one of the spectators hiding a plastic bottle of water (right upper corner of the screen). Continuity mistake: After Carina tells Jack and the others that she's an astronomer which has nothing to do with donkeys, when Jack threatens to kill Henry in the shot facing him he's holding his left hand up pointing at Henry, but in the next shot facing Henry it's Jack's right hand up pointing at Henry.

Continuity mistake: When Indy is stepping on the letters, he steps on the "O" and knocks the "P" loose. In the next shot, the "P" is intact.

Continuity mistake: Before Smee gives Hook a shave they hear Tick-Tock Croc approaching, and when Hook nervously spins around to look at the water, note that he has a left hand and his hook is at his right, but it should be the opposite way. (00:24:20)

Visible crew/equipment: In the extended action cut edition of the Blu Ray, during the added scene while Jinx and Snake Eyes are training, near the end of the scene Snake Eyes jumps near a tree and the camera faces upward. When it does you can see where the dojo set ends, and the top of the actual set with lighting equipment at the ceiling.

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Roadblock drowns Flint he is holding Flint with his left hand and turns back to get a beer with his right hand, but in the next shot when Flint is shown struggling with his face in the water we can see that Roadblock is holding him with his right hand, from the thumb visible in shot.

Visible crew/equipment: When Joey walks into the bathroom and starts whistling, the shadows of the camera and a passing crew member can be seen on the door of Chandler's cubicle, then the camera's shadow moves as Joey walks toward Chandler and also when Joey's about to stand on the toilet.

Continuity mistake: When Maurice is tossed out of the tavern we get a nice view of the front with its large hanging sign, but after Gaston whispers his plan to LeFou once again we see the front, which is quite different. The sign is gone, and now there are horns hanging on the awning, etc.

Continuity mistake: When Belle opens the door for Gaston there are six steps to the landing leading upstairs, but when Gaston leaves there are only three steps to the landing.

Continuity mistake: After leaving the book store, in an overhead shot Belle passes a shop just as a woman is pouring water towards the downspout, and in the next shot the shop suddenly has a large hanging pipe sign and a table under the window, the green shutters have vanished on the right window, the wood trim has changed, etc.

Continuity mistake: When Belle opens the door to the kitchen there is no shelf on the wall beside the door, but in following shots one has suddenly appeared with items on it and more things hanging underneath, which changes when Cogsworth lands in the bowl.

Continuity mistake: When Beast finds Belle in the West Wing room he shouts and she backs up to a nearly destroyed wardrobe, but in the next shot the style of the wardrobe behind her has changed and it's in perfect condition.

Continuity mistake: When Chip fires up Maurice's invention and rides toward the cellar, in the shot facing the cottage we see there's nothing in the cellar handles, but in the closeup as Maurice's machine hacks away at the cellar doors there's a long branch inserted in the handles preventing the doors from opening.

Continuity mistake: When Belle is reading her book before Gaston walks in to propose, the bellows hangs from a hook on the fireplace stones under the mantle, but when Gaston is talking to Belle the bellows now hangs directly from the wood mantle, though it's back to the original way when Gaston knocks over the rocking chair.

Continuity mistake: When Maurice wakes up and hugs Belle, in this wideshot we see the bag at the foot of the bed and the flap faces Belle, but just before the bag falls over the flap faces the opposite direction, toward the footboard.
