Visible crew/equipment: After Aunt Bee tells Opie that she will solo the next day, when she sits in the chair to practice her flight maneuvers, the actor's tape mark is visible on the floor beside her feet.

Continuity mistake: At 12 Grimmauld Place, when Harry and Sirius are in the room with the Black family tree, as Sirius says, "My parents with their pure-blood mania," the area of the wall with both Sirius's and Andromeda's names and burned off pictures is quite visible (as in other shots as well). Bellatrix's name is beside Andromeda's (her sister), but there is no picture over Bellatrix's name banner in this shot (only branches and leaves), nor in any other shot, except in the previous close-up, as Sirius says, "My deranged cousin," where there is a picture of Bellatrix over her name. Visible crew/equipment: When Hermione and Ron are in the library with Harry before the second task, Moody walks in to tell Hermione and Ron to go see McGonagall, and just as Ron puts the golden egg on the table the actor's blue tape mark can be seen on the floor. (01:29:30)

Visible crew/equipment: When Dumbledore, Fudge, and the executioner show up at Hagrid's hut (the first time), Harry, Hermione, and Ron sneak out the back then hide behind the pumpkins, and the mic pack bulge can be seen under Hermione's hoodie, at her side. (01:26:10)

Continuity mistake: While Harry is communicating with Riddle's diary, after the words "let me take you back fifty years ago" appear on the page, the ink pot's lid is open as the diary pages flip and Harry lifts the book, but in the shot from Harry's POV we see the ink pot lid closed, then the lid is open again when Harry's transported.

Continuity mistake: In the girls' lavatory, Lockhart tries to bolt so Harry and Ron stop him and push him back. When Harry says, "You first," in this first shot his cloak not only drapes over the sink to his left, it's also under his hand's tight grip of the sink's wall. However in the next shot, still gripping the wall, his cloak now hangs behind him. Then after Ron says, "Better you than us," Lockhart's cloak is positioned the same way as the first shot. Visible crew/equipment: In the Dueling Club scene, as Snape says "Don't move, Potter, I'll get rid of it for you" and walks towards the camera, a film crew chair can be seen on the left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: When Malfoy steps onto his broom while holding Neville's Remembrall, the actor's two curved chalk marks can be seen on the ground near Hermione's feet, and just as Harry steps backward we can see the actor's chalk marks on the ground near his feet. Continuity mistake: On the train, when Ron introduces Harry to Scabbers there are two Jelly Slugs lying on Ron's leg - one red-green and one yellowish-brown, but when Ron casts the spell on Scabbers both Jelly Slugs are red-green, and then it switches back again. (00:36:40)

Continuity mistake: When the sarcophagus explodes, the blast door they escape through has no card reader. Once they stand up it's there. (00:37:55)

Continuity mistake: When Reid is talking there's a big crack at the top of the window that might be a problem since they're supposed to be flying. Then a few seconds later they cut back to him and it's filled with putty. (00:05:00 - 00:06:00)

Ricky and Fred Are TV Fans - S2-E31

Visible crew/equipment: When Lucy decides to use the scissors to cut the TV wire on the roof, she and Ethel walk out of the kitchen, and at the start of the next shot we can see the end of the set wall and black cables on the floor, at the right side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: When Spot bites Gordon's helium filled bubble-wrap, Gordon knocks over Gino and Arliss as he flies across the aisle, and before the shot cuts away we can see a crew member at the left side of the screen just as Gordon passes him.

Revealing mistake: While Gordon and James are in the mail truck trying to outrun the baddies, James opens the back door and starts throwing the boxes, and in the closeup we can see the knotted black safety strap attached to the boy's back for the stunt.

Continuity mistake: While Gino and Arliss are at the restaurant stressing about finding the dog, Gino tells Arliss that he hates Tommy because he has no respect, and when the cell phone rings two cans of dog food suddenly appear on the table in the next shot.

Visible crew/equipment: At the pet store, when Spot stands on his hind legs in order to push the shelving unit onto Gino and Arliss, the arms of a crew member can be seen pushing the shelving unit.

Continuity mistake: When Gino and Arliss are given the contract to kill Agent 11, note the distinctive pattern on the shirt Arliss is wearing - particularly the collars, which keeps changing even within the same scenes. Though the actor's wardrobe consisted of black shirts of the same style, their patterns varied. For example, during the scene at the pet store there are at least three different patterns seen on his shirt. The same thing happens again later with a different shirt Arliss is wearing, after the scenes of Gino and Arliss at the dog training facility.
