Visible crew/equipment: Just after the drunk driver is loaded onto the ambulance, when Roy tells Johnny about Debbie's pulse and respiration, and that she's in bad shape, then also when Roy tells Captain Stanley to make it quick, a crew member sitting atop a ladder with set lighting beside him are visible in the background.
Visible crew/equipment: When the boy who was shot by a pellet gun is wheeled into the treatment room, at the start of the next shot there is a closeup of the domed surgical light fixture, which provides a reflection of crew and equipment, albeit upside-down.
Visible crew/equipment: At the construction site, when Roy and Johnny walk across the tower crane's main jib, there's a shot of the entire top of the crane, and we can see the cameraman at the tower peak, who is shooting the footage of the stunt guys from the overhead angle. He wasn't in the previous long shot of the crane. This does not refer to the officer who is standing on the main jib.
Visible crew/equipment: When Dixie tells the attendants to wheel Ruthie, the woman who went berserk at the salon, into the treatment room where Dr. Early's waiting, there are two T-marks visible on the floor at Dixie's and Johnny's feet.
Continuity mistake: When the guys of Station 51 are dealing with the rescue of the doctor from the radioactive lab, Johnny's, Chet's, and Marco's SCBA cylinders change during this scene while they're all wearing them. Differences such as tall, slim, with a flat top vs short, wide, with a rounded top, and also the writing on the tanks. Marco's even changes between shots, when he exits the lab's doorway.
Revealing mistake: After Squad 51 is dispatched to the 'electrocution in a house', while Johnny goes to the garage to turn off the power, Roy waits at the doorway to go inside to the victim. In this interior shot facing the doorway, we see what is supposed to be the brick chimney at the side of the house next door, and the top of that set is visible. Plus the fact that this chimney is not nearly as deep as the one they passed by in the exterior shot.
Other mistake: In the interior shots of Station 51 (the studio set), when facing the rear apparatus bay door, the right wall has a door to Captain Stanley's office, a very large map, the radio receiver base station where they respond to dispatch, the kitchen doorway, and a double-door closet, that's it. However, when Station 51 is shown in the exterior shots (the real Station 127 aka 51), as either the engine or squad exits when the apparatus bay door is up, we see that the right wall has many more doors on that wall. Additionally, the opposite wall on the set has only two doors - one to locker room/bathroom, and one to the dorm, however at the real 127's, that wall has three doors - two of them are to the dorm.
Continuity mistake: When Mike walks into Health class, Mrs. Dell's lectern and stool (upon which the basket of condoms and another basket sit) stand directly in front of the chalkboard, but funny how they are both conveniently gone when Mike knocks Stan to the floor, in front of that chalkboard.(00:44:45 - 00:47:25)
Continuity mistake: After Mike and Ned fight with lightsabers, when they are in the kitchen Mike's wedding ring moves from his left hand to his right hand and back again, depending on the angle of the shot.(00:21:05)
Visible crew/equipment: After Mike and Alex get home, when Scarlet walks in and asks Alex how the tryouts went, the tape mark is visible on the floor in front of Alex, while he's sitting. (Visible on fullscreen version.)
Continuity mistake: While Johnny and the doctor are in the pressurized chamber with the diver, the guy outside the chamber tells them that they're at 165 and vetting, as he holds the mic up to his mouth with his left hand, but when it cuts to the interior shot, the mic is held up in his right hand.
Continuity mistake: When Johnny and Roy are on the "child locked in a bathroom" run, Johnny makes a hasty retreat leaving Roy to deal with the "child." The bar of soap Roy uses is on a curved pedestal soap dish, and that dish is either curved towards the wall, or turned the opposite way, depending on the camera angle.
Visible crew/equipment: After they finally get an address for the attempted suicide Squad 51 takes off, and when Engine 51 pulls away from the curb, the shadow of cinematographic equipment is visible on the engine's front, and the reflection of lighting equipment is visible on the side of the engine.
Visible crew/equipment: At the abandoned refinery, just after Roy attempts to pull out the man pinned under a tank, but is unsuccessful the first time, when it cuts to Captain Stanley and Chet, who are on the third level hosing the fire through the doorway, at the left of the screen a crew member is visible, watching them.
Visible crew/equipment: When Roy and Johnny are with 110 and are on scene at the downed airplane, as they remove the pilot from the aircraft, the silver fire starting canister used for the stunt is visible under the plane, before it becomes engulfed in flames.
Visible crew/equipment: When Station 51 arrives at the salvage yard's fire, Johnny gets out of the squad, and when he puts on his turnout coat as the camera zooms out, a dark haired crew member wearing a short sleeve white shirt is visible at the lower right corner of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: During Jack's escape, he swings about on the rope. As he does, in the shot immediately following Jack's first close-up, the film crew's blue flat-topped boat, as well as their speed boat with its trailing wake, are both visible at the bottom left of the screen. (This is ONLY visible on the video version.)
Continuity mistake: At the stationhouse, when DeSoto and Gage are discussing the detective, in the shots facing Gage, DeSoto holds a cup of coffee in his hands, but in the shots facing DeSoto his cup is on the table.
Continuity mistake: After Frankie and Brick get soaked at the car wash, when they're in the bathroom, the towel around Brick keeps flipping between its dark stripe side and its light stripe side, depending on the angle of the shot.
Continuity mistake: In "The Thing and I": After the kids have found Hugo in the attic, when Marge and Homer return home, both front door knobs (inside and outside) do not have backplates, but once Hugo escapes both door knobs have backplates. The two backplates vanish and reappear repeatedly in following shots. It's funny because when they leave to search for Hugo, Homer shuts the door with no backplates, but then Bart uses a key in the backplate to lock The Front door.
