Continuity mistake: After the Starkiller Base weapon is fired at the Hosnian system, when it cuts to Finn loading gear onto Ithano's ship he stops at the top of the stairs and turns to watch the sky. The blaster's strap is beside Finn's neck slung crossbody, but in the shot from behind there's no strap near his neck. (01:10:20)

Continuity mistake: When Rey fixes the Falcon's electrical overload she pulls out blue and red wires, but just as she says, "I bypassed the compressor," in this shot facing her there are only four blue wires - no red, and then the red wires reappear with the blue. (00:51:55)

Continuity mistake: At the Resistance base, when the doctor's treating Chewie's injury, she's using a medical device with her right hand as she's telling him that he must be so brave, but when it cuts to the next shot it's her left hand up using the device. (01:22:55)

Continuity mistake: When Rey rescues BB-8 from the scavenger Teedo, the top part of Rey's outfit is crisscrossed with her right side over left, but when she shushes BB-8 it's crisscrossed with her left side over the right. Then it's back to the original way. (00:15:25)

Continuity mistake: After Rey finishes her meal beside the foot of the AT-AT and puts on the Rebel flight helmet, there's an overhead wide shot of the toppled AT-AT and we can see its front knee joint. When Rey hears the commotion with BB-8 she rushes to get her staff, which is now tall and upright in the sand at that knee joint, and had her staff been there in the wide shot we would have seen it. Continuity mistake: After BB-8 tells Rey that the Resistance base is located in the Illenium system, while Rey is down in the hold she asks Finn for something she needs and she holds her right arm up and points, but in the shot facing Finn it's her left arm that's up pointing as she repeatedly shouts "NO!" to him, and then it's her right arm up again. Visible crew/equipment: After Station 51 is dispatched to 'man trapped at the rock quarry', when Squad 51 heads through the tunnel-like passageway on the right, it cuts to a shot from behind Mike who's driving Engine 51, and just as the engine heads through the left passageway, we see Squad 51 on the right, and can also see the top of the camera and the other cameraman covered in a dark blanket at the back of Squad 51, as he shoots the footage from that angle.

Continuity mistake: At the restaurant, when they begin to work on getting Mrs. Merkle out from under the car, Vince sets the Biophone down on the table, and there's a netted, red glass candle on the table, but in a following closeup the candle's net has vanished and it's pinkish clear glass now. Other items on the table change as well.

Continuity mistake: When Brackett tells Dixie about the visiting administrators she's holding a clipboard, but when she's stopped by the man whose son has an arm injury, Dixie's now holding a brown folder.

Continuity mistake: After Brackett gets off the phone with Dr. Meier, he walks back to treatment 1, and when Brackett speaks to Morton about the patient being on warfarin, the stethoscope around Brackett's neck vanishes in his closeups, and reappears in wide shots.

Continuity mistake: When Brackett asks Early and Morton to assist with the examination of the hallucinating veteran, in the shot from the hallway the doctors walk into treatment 1, its door has no window, but when it cuts to the shot from inside the room, its door has a window, which means they're all in treatment 2 or 3, not 1.

Revealing mistake: During the rescue at the jail, while Roy tries to get a safety belt around the prisoner's waist, the man freaks out, then grabs Roy and they both swing out on Roy's safety line. When the camera pans a bit too far to the left, we can see the edge of the fake "sky" screen on the left, behind the building's replica set used for closeups.

Continuity mistake: When Johnny and Roy are at the apartment building with the broken elevator, Roy's watch is gone when they climb the steps, but he's wearing the watch when they enter the apartment, then it vanishes when they head back down. That watch reappears again, disappears and reappears until they go back up to the apartment for the second time.

Continuity mistake: While Brackett is with Ken in the ER he's wearing a blue/white striped tie, and when he calls Ken's doctor the tie is tied differently, but then it's tied the original way.

Continuity mistake: When Roy and John are talking to Vic at his party, his manager's cigar changes length repeatedly, from short to long and back again, depending on the camera angle.

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, after the boy ties a bowline knot in the rope attached to the van, when the mom gets into the van with her daughter, the reflections of two crew members, the cameraman and the top of the camera are all visible in the vent window, in two shots.

Revealing mistake: When Johnny and Roy are in the squad heading to Rampart after freeing the girl's toe from the bathtub, they get dispatched to 'possible electrocution' and we can see the white tape with "Kevin" inside Roy's helmet. (00:37:30)
