Continuity mistake: During the show's opening credits for the entire run of the series, when Tony drives up to the NJ Turnpike toll gate, the lane 7 machine spits out a toll ticket, and Tony reaches for it. It then cuts to a close-up as Tony grabs hold of the toll ticket, but this ticket machine is now different; note all the stickers. The close-up was shot at another lane's ticket machine.

Deliberate mistake: When Spider-Man attempts to rescue Aunt May from Doc Ock, May's umbrella handle latches onto the building's angel sculpture, so the angel is to her right. After Stan Lee's cameo, as May shouts, "Help me!" the watch is on May's right wrist instead of her usual left. When Spider-Man shouts, "I'm coming," next shot of Aunt May shows her hanging from the opposite side of the angel's body. Then Spider-Man shouts, "Hang on," and in the next close-up of Aunt May her watch is on her right wrist again. (00:50:40)

Visible crew/equipment: After Peter storms into Ruth's office angry about the "Foot in Mouth Disease" headline, a short time later, Eli walks in just in time to see Ruth explain that Peter is actually in second place and climbing. When Peter hugs Ruth and compliments her strategy, Eli walks out of the office, and we can see the orange T-mark on the carpet behind him. (00:15:10)

Visible crew/equipment: After Alicia and Frank have begun their mini debate in the kitchen, the hotel employee enters the kitchen; then, as Alicia says, "The system needs to be tweaked, not overhauled," the camera rounds the corner, and we can see a red T-mark and a red tape marker on the floor. Other mistake: After Shredder transports Bebop and Rocksteady back to his lair, he joins them on the transporter platform. Shredder then demands to know the exact location of the TMNT hiding place. When Rocksteady mutters, "And then, umm, we went that way," both Shredder and Bebop partly step off the transporter platform, so they're partially standing in mid-air.

Visible crew/equipment: After Jack Crandall tells Kate he'll take two jars, and that he has an idea about her bachelor butter, it cuts to H-D-L Food Products. In the first wide shot of the three men in the company's kitchen, the actor's chalk T-mark is visible on the floor in front of Stevens.

Visible crew/equipment: After Aunt Bee plants the seeds of suspicion in Andy's mind about the shoe salesman, when Andy and Barney cross the street the reflection of the moving boom mic is visible on their squad's windshield, just as Andy walks off to the hotel.

Other mistake: When Irma finds April's Turtlecom and fortuitously contacts the Turtles, Leo answers the call and holds up the communicator in his right hand. The problem is that in the close-ups of Leo's open communicator, the animation of his wrist area is not complete, so his hand looks disembodied. Additionally, after Leonardo answers the Turtlecom call from Irma, she asks, "Who are you?" and in the next shot of the Turtlecom Irma is holding up, we see Raphael moving his lips as he says, "I'm Leonardo."

Visible crew/equipment: When the men have the misconception that Wilbur is a TV show talent scout, while they're at the barber shop talking about it, just as Floyd moves his legs to get up from the barber chair we can see the white T-mark at Jason's feet.

Continuity mistake: Throughout the episode, while April is either her normal self or a mutant Catwoman, April's wristwatch suddenly appears, disappears, and reappears, even mid-shot; such as when she's in her Channel 6 office and throws the vase at Vernon.

Continuity mistake: The tri-circle emblem on Splinter's robe is either on his left side or his right side, or even vanishes entirely between shots, such as when April is the mutant Catwoman and approaches him in the sewer lair.

Continuity mistake: After April ends the interview with the contest winner, when Vernon says, "Ok, that's a wrap," he's wearing headphones without an antenna, but in the next shot an antenna suddenly appears at Vernon's left earpiece, then promptly disappears.

Continuity mistake: The gang hatches a plan and tells Dave that Sam is trapped in a cave-in, so Dave begins digging to save him. When Sam and Spinelli return with their ice cream cones, Sam's gloves vanish and reappear a couple of times while he is holding his ice cream.

Other mistake: At lunch, when Sam is using a spoon to shape his mashed potatoes on the tray, his right arm clips through the tray just as he says, "Maybe I should clear out the east wall like this." Then, when Sam says, "Maybe I should fortify the south side first," he's using the spoon to move the mashed potatoes on top of the tray, but his arm and spoon are under the tray, so it looks as if the potatoes move on their own. Additionally, when Sam states that he's so confused, the spoon held up in his right hand appears to vanish in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: After Upside-Down Girl tells TJ he must do something about Dave, when the gang look for Sam and discuss the situation with him, the clock over the school doors repeatedly changes time between shots. Then, when Sam grabs the shovel and jumps back into the hole, the two hands of the clock vanish, only to reappear and change time yet again.

Continuity mistake: After getting off the school bus, when Gus falls into the hole that Sam has dug in front of the school, he's wearing his watch as usual. As Gus sits up, his watch vanishes mid-shot; then it reappears on his wrist.

Visible crew/equipment: Episode 1: After Sarah teases the Doctor a bit when he's being somewhat moody, just as the TARDIS is suddenly thrust off its flight path (which was back to UNIT), Sarah and the Doctor are thrown about in the wonky console room (because the camera turns sideways), and the second camera becomes visible at the left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: At his office, Mr. Castle looks at the newspaper and shouts, "Flat, flat, flat, it has no flavor, there's something missing," and just as the secretary snaps back, "Martin Lane," we can see a crew member's hand reach up to help shut the door at the bottom left side of the screen.
