Visible crew/equipment: When they return to Enterprise after their successful mission, Iceman points and shouts, "You!" at Maverick. In the shot facing Maverick as he turns his head, the reflections of the camera and large reflector screen are visible on Maverick's sunglasses. Also, note the lack of a crowd of people behind Ice in the reflection. (01:40:45)

Visible crew/equipment: While Billy battles Jimmy (possessed by Shuko), Billy gets frustrated and tosses his medallion, which promptly returns to him then activates its power. In the next wide shot, when Jimmy does his flip in mid-air, a camera being held can be seen at the upper left side of the screen, as it follows Jimmy's movements. (01:18:40)

Visible crew/equipment: With compliments of Koga Shuko the united gangs attack the Lee brothers, and while Jimmy and Billy defend themselves Billy goes up against a guy wearing a school uniform. Just as Billy slams a car's engine hood down onto that guy, in this shot we can see the camera, the camera operator, and a crew member under the raised car hood, at the lower left side of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: After Rockford begins the escape with TT lying on the gurney, the police dispatch a squad car to Horizons Crest. In the next shot Dr. Crist and his two goons head down the hallway, and as they pass the room with an open door, we can see a crew member wearing a T-shirt and shorts trying to hide against the wall. In the hallway when they disperse, as Loren and then Trent walk past Lance, something that shouldn't be there (it looks like fingers perhaps) pops up into view at the bottom, left corner of the screen. Continuity mistake: When Burt is hiding in the bulldozer scoop, Grady looks down at him from the top of the oil tank and we see that Burt has his knife in his hand. However, in the next shot, we see him pull the knife out of its sheath on his leg.

Continuity mistake: During Esther's banquet when she is pleading her petition, Xerxes has a dagger tucked into the front of his golden belt, but while Esther is holding the necklace in her hand, in two shots facing Xerxes the dagger is gone, and then it returns. (01:49:50)

Revealing mistake: After the scene with the apothecary where the two eunuchs purchased the belladonna it then cuts to Esther, and in her closeup as she lifts the silver cup to drink, there's a small white modern sticker on the underside of the cup. (01:02:00)
