Revealing mistake: During Chrissie's attack, she clings to the buoy and cries, "Oh my God! Oh God!" In the next shot, as she is pulled away from the buoy, a wire (at about the height of the bell) that shimmers in the moonlight and bounces up and down with the buoy, runs from the buoy towards the right of the screen. Continuity mistake: When the bank manager hands Miss Fritton the foreclosure notice, she is wearing a dark floral blouse, a black patterned vest and small pearl earrings. Then, when Beverly gives Miss Fritton the "red" and "blue" pills, Miss Fritton is wearing a completely different outfit and large mabe pearl earrings. She reverts back to the original oufit/earrings when she speaks with Carnaby. (00:35:40 - 00:37:30)

Continuity mistake: Before the heist, when Kelly is pulling herself across the cable, the locking carabiner hanging from the line pulley flips over and turns itself upside down between shots, which is impossible to do with Kelly's weight hanging from it.

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the film when Harry is in Lupin's office, Lupin packs his bags and then he walks past his desk. He then starts saying "If I am proud..." to Harry. As he says this, he walks forwards towards Harry, passing a cabinet of skulls. Reflected ahead of him in the glass panel of the cabinet is a very large boom mic which slowly moves out of sight as Lupin walks forward. It is very visible. (02:02:30)

Continuity mistake: After Frank-N-Furter makes his initial appearance, when he bumps into Janet on the way out, her necklace chain is under her large pink dress collar. Once Frank-N-Furter leaves, her chain is actually around her neck now, over the large collar, so Riff Raff can easily pull the dress down unhindered. (00:27:00 - 00:27:50)
