Continuity mistake: After Cissy and Danny leave for the concert, when Sharon follows the twins into the kitchen she's wearing tan pointed toe pumps, but in the next shot Sharon places her purse on the kitchen counter then heads toward the table, and now she's wearing very different shoes (the actress is wearing some type of fringe moccasins). Continuity mistake: When the song "the Other Side" starts, Hugh drinks his shot with his right hand. It cuts to a side shot and Hugh drinks his shot with his left hand. Then back to the front shot, and again he drinks his shot with his right hand.

Batman Makes the Scenes (2) - S1-E34

Revealing mistake: While Batman and Robin are being held in Penguin's vacuum room, some of the stunt's dark squibs attached to the balloons become visible during this scene. We can even see a squib spark on the last pink balloon. (00:02:15)

Continuity mistake: While Danny and Waylon Gates are with Rodriguez at the safe house, showing him the photograph of his daughters, during this scene there is no picture hanging on the wall beside the door, but as they lead Rodriguez out in the last shot of the scene, a picture suddenly appears on that wall. Continuity mistake: When getting the climbers off the mountain, the Ford letters on the tailgate are muddy and blanked out, but are not in the scenes where they're transporting the climbers in the pickup bed.

The Flying Kipper - S1-E19

Visible crew/equipment: As Henry crashes into the goods train, a crew member's hand can be seen pushing him, at the left side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: After Pigeon 13 has committed suicide, we return to pigeon headquarters and the captain draws a white line over Pigeon 13's name, Homer Pigeon, on the blackboard. In the next shot, the line has disappeared.

The Penguin Declines (3) - S2-E39

Visible crew/equipment: When Venus is at the Batcave, loads of fisticuffs ensue between the Caped Crusaders, Joker, Penguin and all the baddies. While Robin is up on the atomic pile scaffolding he punches one goon off the ladder, then as he falls we can see the edge of the brown crash mat rise up, right before the word "SPLATT!" appears onscreen. Visible crew/equipment: Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson walk into the study alone when Bruce takes the Batphone call from Commissioner Gordon, then just as Bruce says, "The Joker again," at the top of the tuba bell we can see the reflection of a man wearing a white short-sleeved shirt and grey pants. Numerous studio lights are reflected as well. (00:03:15)

Continuity mistake: When Batman parks the Batmobile in front of Octave Marbot's studio, Batman tells Robin to activate the vehicle's anti-theft device. Robin is wearing green leather gloves, but in the closeup Robin's green glove is made out of a material (looks like cotton) very different than Robin's gloves. (00:18:15)

Visible crew/equipment: Outside the run down factory, when the GC police officers step out of their patrol car and walk over to the Batmobile, just as senior Officer Dietrich begins giving the rookie officer the what for, the reflection of the boom mic is visible on the Batmobile's left bubble windshield, at the left side of the screen.
