Revealing mistake: While Suit is in a coma, there's a closeup of the monitor beside his bed showing Suit's vitals, and at the top of the monitor's screen are the words "adult simulating," with the timed "simulating" flashing off and on. There's also a strip of narrow filament tape covering "simulating," but the tape is transparent, so we can still see it flashing. (01:17:25)

Continuity mistake: After Oliver Muzzy congratulates Joker for his magnificent artwork and makes a deal with him, before Joker leaves the gallery he runs his finger across Batman's yellow emblem to sign his red artwork, but at GCPD HQ when they're discussing the matter, Joker's signature is completely different, it's now a capital "J" on Batman's yellow emblem. Continuity mistake: When Kate goes to see the LARPers at the park to track down the trick arrows, her cross-body leather strap changes direction repeatedly. At first, it hangs from Kate's right shoulder to her left hip, but when Kate asks about the cop in their group, the strap hangs from her left shoulder. Then the leather strap reverts to the original way, only to switch yet again after the fist bump. None of the shots are flipped. (00:20:10)

Visible crew/equipment: While Dorothy and the other characters are cornered in the Wicked Witch's castle, when Dorothy grabs the bucket of water and tosses it at Scarecrow's arm, the water hits the Witch. In the closeup of the Witch's face, you can see a crew member's hand (a long sleeve can be seen at the wrist) in the upper left side of the shot. (01:26:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Annie goes into the shop to ask where Camp Crystal Lake is, you can clearly see the reflection of a boom mic in the window, above the head of the cleaner. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: When Professor Marvel guesses why Dorothy is running away, she's holding her suitcase with the lid facing Marvel. But in Toto's closeup, as he snatches the hotdog from Marvel's long grill fork, the suitcase is turned the opposite way with its lid facing Dorothy. Then it changes back, so the suitcase lid faces Marvel again. (00:12:10)

Revealing mistake: During some scenes, straw-stuffed Scarecrow's pant legs and his boots would sometimes have a gap that reveals the skin of Ray Bolger's leg. Two examples are, at Emerald City when Scarecrow places Lion's "cape" on him, and also when Dorothy and her friends are told the Wizard says to go away. (01:05:50 - 01:07:25)

Continuity mistake: After Zeke rescues Dorothy from the crowded pig pen, Hickory wipes his face and neck with the rag in his right hand, but then it cuts to another angle, and the rag is suddenly in his left hand. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: When Dorothy slaps Lion on the nose for chasing Toto and shouts, "Shame on you!" in the wide shot, we see Dorothy's right arm with no mark on her skin. It then cuts to the medium shots, and there's an inexplicable long, thin blue mark (it's not a loose thread) on Dorothy's arm near her elbow, while she's holding Toto. This blue mark vanishes in the wide shot when she puts Toto down, and Lion begins to sing. (00:50:25)

Visible crew/equipment: After Joran supposes that he'll have to make himself more endearing, he suggests to Ezri that she visit the two victims' quarters to find answers. At the start of the next shot, the reflection of the boom operator holding up the boom pole is visible on the glass of the framed photo. (00:29:45)

Continuity mistake: While Dorothy, Tin Man, and Scarecrow are walking in the dark and creepy forest, just as Dorothy begins to sing "Lions and Tigers and Bears" in the medium shot, Tin Man is holding up the axe in his left hand. But it cuts to the long shot, and the axe is in Tin Man's right hand between shots. (00:48:40)

Revealing mistake: During the fight between Garak and Worf near the end of the episode, a Jefferies tube door is knocked out of its frame to reveal the end of the set - a dark room with a wooden scaffold and various other pieces of equipment (slow-mo helpful but not required). (00:36:00)

Revealing mistake: In the Haunted Forest, when the Tin Man is lifted up then lands back on the ground, at Tin Man's lower back you can see his white T-shirt tucked into his pants. (01:14:10)

Visible crew/equipment: After Jadzia plays devil's advocate with Sisko, he tells her she would've made a decent Romulan. Then, when Sisko passes the camera as he walks around his desk, the blue T-mark is visible on the floor behind Jadzia. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When Toad General calls for the council's attention and announces that Bowser found the Super Star, note his shirt buttons.
