Visible crew/equipment: After Higgins tells Magnum he's always amazed at the convoluted way Magnum's mind works, when Magnum walks around the wheelchair, two T-marks are visible on the ground; the black one is behind Higgins to his left and the green one to his right. (00:44:55)

Arnold Betrays Iggy / Helga and the Nanny - S3-E10
Continuity mistake: Arnold Betrays Iggy: When Arnold goes to Iggy's home near the start, the front doorknob is on the left side of the door, but the next time Arnold goes to see Iggy to bring him the box of chocolates, the front door opens the opposite way, with its doorknob now on the right side of the door. Revealing mistake: During Cactus Jack's first trap failure while he's under Handsome's wagon, Jack loses his cowboy boots and pants. The camera follows the insane stretching suspenders, and when it cuts to Cactus Jack in his red long johns, the black booties for the stunt are visible at his feet/ankles; then next wide shot, that footgear is gone. Additionally, as Cactus Jack gets pulled toward his pants, it appears that he slides past his pants in the long shot, but is successful in the next close-up. (00:33:00)

Visible crew/equipment: After Cactus Jack shares with Whiskey his dream of buying a nice spread, when Cactus Jack lays trap number four with the rope across the road, he then leaps onto Whiskey, and in the two shots at this angle, we can see the moving shadow of the boom mic on the ground, at the bottom left corner of the screen. Other mistake: Handsome and Charming head out of Snakes End (followed by the newlyweds) and begin their long journey. It then cuts to Cactus Jack before he begins the journey, and at the start of this shot as he places Whiskey's bit, we can see the signpost with three wooden arrow signs and the hillside behind him. This is the same location where Cactus Jack lays trap number seven, named "the tunnel in the hillside," on the next day during the journey; noticeable when Handsome and Charming arrive. Continuity mistake: Cactus Jack's leather cowboy boots have block heels and spurs with rowels and jingle bobs. In quite a few shots throughout the movie, Jack's boots change to no-heel flat soles, and the spurs are missing, though we still hear the distinctive jangling of Cactus Jack's spurs.

Continuity mistake: When Danny and Baez confront Carmine to clear a few things up, Carmine tells them to call his lawyer. Just as Carmine clicks his key fob and his car explodes, Carmine's coat is entirely unbuttoned, but when he's blown backwards and slams onto the ground, in the first overhead shot of Carmine lying on the ground, his coat is buttoned up. Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the scene where the pilot's wife, Paula, is almost attacked in her bedroom by (not) Bela Lugosi, look at the three pictures on the wall above the bed. One of the pictures changes, then changes back (occurs only in the colorized version).

Visible crew/equipment: When Jim's beeper goes off in the middle of the night, Vito decides to go along with him to the emergency. In the first shot on scene, there are two chalk T-marks on the sidewalk, and Vito stands at one of them.
