Deliberate mistake: Jack stops his motorbike beside a stream, and Jack's weapon strap crosses over his left shoulder when he walks over to have a drink. The problem is when we see Jack's reflection in the water, his image is not reversed; note the strap is still crossing over Jack's left shoulder. (00:07:20)

Continuity mistake: When Animal Control Guy walks over to Moolissa and states the cow must have had a heart attack, his shirt buttons, badge, shoulder mic, etc, are at his left. Then Animal Control Guy begins to walk back to his van, and watch as mid-shot his shirt buttons and everything else switch to the opposite side (if it's paused we also see his mic cord clips through his arm). Continuity mistake: When Josephine grabs Ezekiel by his poncho, she is wearing a black glove on her right arm, but when the scene cuts to Ezekiel when he says, "What business is it of yours?", the glove disappears, showing Josephine's arm bare, but in the next shot, she is wearing both gloves again. (00:08:40)

Better Never Than Late - S3-E16

Visible crew/equipment: While Kate and the family are seated on the Cannonball headed to Pixley, after Charley tells Floyd to look at the pressure gauge (because he forgot to load the tender), when it cuts back to Kate we can see a crew member (animal trainer likely) making hand gestures, at the right side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: While Sir James and Hadley are standing beside the map, Bond asks about his namesake. When Hadley provides an update, in the shot facing Hadley he's holding up the mini flag with his left hand, but in the next shot facing Bond the mini flag is being held up in Hadley's right hand. Continuity mistake: Danny and the ESU enter the warehouse basement to find Bobby, and when they start to return fire, the first guy they shoot knocks over the white plastic lawn chair (beside the recliner) as he goes down. Then, in the next shot facing the door, that white lawn chair is upright (not the yellow table chairs), but in the next shot it's lying on the floor again. (00:32:40)

Continuity mistake: During the election meeting held at the saloon, there's a large sign that reads "Capitol City Here We Come" on the wall by the stairs. We see this sign in numerous shots. When Valance enters the saloon there's still a sign on that wall by the stairs, but now the painted handwriting on this sign is different. Moreover, the original sign that had been by the stairs is now up on the side wall of the saloon, where Valance and his thugs stand; note the handwriting. (01:09:20 - 01:13:45)

Trivia: At Commissioner Gordon's office, when Batman is checking the package Puzzler had sent, he's using the Bat-stethoscope to listen intently for ticking. Note how the headphone earpieces of the Bat-stethoscope are placed on the pointy bat ears material at the top of Batman's cowl, and not lower where the man's actual ears are located under the cowl. Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when Sun is burying the message bottle late at night, the camera shows close-ups of her hands. In the space of a few seconds, she has no ring on her left hand, then a ring, then no ring. (00:40:30)

Continuity mistake: While Jin is finishing up work on the raft, Sun walks over then holds out her translation notebook for Jin. In the shot facing Sun, she's gripping the notebook's spiral coil binding, but in the next shot facing Jin, she's gripping the top of the notebook. (00:36:30)

Continuity mistake: When Michael sits with Walt at the airport, Michael says, "If you're worried about Vincent," and the newspaper in his hands is folded and held straight up with the blue Oceanic envelope. but when he says, "Dogs fly in the luggage compartment all the time," the way the newspaper is folded and held is different, and there is no blue envelope. Visible crew/equipment: When Mark and Doug are talking about Jen, Doug says, "If you can't make a marriage work, how the hell am I gonna," and just as Mark joins Susan at the desk, the reflection of the moving boom pole/mic is visible on the glass behind Mark. (00:22:15)

At the very start of the next shot when it cuts to Magda, Marcus, and Asher at the jeep, we can see the film crew's clapperboard in front of Kirk Douglas, as it swiftly moves offscreen at the bottom right side of screen. Then, when Marcus tells Ram that he should order him to stay at headquarters, an actor's T-mark (plastic type) is visible on the ground behind Ram.
