Visible crew/equipment: After Anthony drives the Porsche 911 into the garage, in the shot facing Erin and Anthony just as Jimmy gets into the car, the green T-mark, the red tape mark, and blue tape mark are visible on the floor.

Visible crew/equipment: After Mortimer's comment that Billy Ray has probably been stealing since he could crawl, when it cuts to the two officers opening the squad doors to place Billy Ray at the back of the vehicle, the barndoor set lighting is visible over the squad car at the top right corner of the screen. Continuity mistake: When Kimble goes back to the hospital as a janitor to check the hospital computer, the lady working in the lab is wearing two different dresses. (01:05:15)

Continuity mistake: When Mom gives Molly the donation box she writes "Sunnyside" on only one side of the corrugated box. When the Sunnyside box is in the car and also when Mom carries it to the daycare, there's printed red text (name, contents, etc) under the hand hole at the adjacent side of the box, but when Bonnie's Mom carries the box into the butterfly room that printed red text has vanished (NOT the handwritten "Sunnyside"), then it reappears when the kids go to recess. Security Hazard - S1-E26

Continuity mistake: When the door of Pod 1 opens after Jeff realises there is a saboteur on board, we see three vehicles in the pod and beside the Monobrake there is a red unit which has a windshield on it. However, when we see Chip appearing in the next shot, the windshield has gone.

Visible crew/equipment: When Bumpy hires Shaft to find his daughter, Bumpy gives Shaft an envelope with money, and when Shaft stands up you can see the bulge of the hidden microphone and wire at the front of Shaft's turtleneck sweater. When Bumpy leaves the office Shaft turns around and there's a bulge at the back of his waist, which is presumably the mic transmitter. (00:26:10)

Visible crew/equipment: The morning after the bar shooting, when Charlie and Johnny Boy are in the apartment, we can see the outlines of the hidden mic wires at the front of both of their undershirts, as well as the bulge of the mic transmitter at the back of Johnny's waist. (00:50:35)

Revealing mistake: Near the end when Ace gets into his Cadillac, in the first shot facing the front of the car, there is a protective glass in front of Ace (the same width as the windshield) with the dashboard in between that glass and the windshield. Note the vertical edge of the glass is visible at the right side, and the rearview mirror's sticker on the windshield casts a shadow onto the second glass. During the stunt, the flames on the dashboard are between the glass shield and the windshield, keeping the actor safe from harm. (02:46:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Buck and Manolito finally meet up with John, Blue, and the other men, Buck hands over Olive to Sam, and in the next shot of Mano and Blue the boom mic dips into view at the top of the screen. (00:43:45)

Continuity mistake: The buttons on Amos Slade's shirt repeatedly change sides between shots throughout the movie. One example is while Copper and Tod are swimming, when Amos tells Chief that Copper has strayed off again, the buttons on Slade's shirt go from being on the left to being on the right, then back to the left again. Visible crew/equipment: After Hutch finds the ticking box with the clown and Starsky's badge inside, when it cuts to Hutch and Dobey walking toward the squad room, the cameraman and camera are reflected on the door's glass window. (00:17:20)

Continuity mistake: When the Wolf runs to the cabin, the front door is initially made of wood. But when the Wolf opens all the doors and finds McPoodle waiting for him, the front door now has molding on it.

Continuity mistake: When Snow walks into the bedroom upstairs there is nothing beside Dopey's bed, but when Doc reaches his arm through the open door while holding the lantern, there's a window and dresser beside Dopey's bed.

Other mistake: When the Dwarfs first leave the mine entrance, the first few animation cells seem to have been omitted, so that at first the entrance is empty and then the Dwarfs appear out of thin air.

Continuity mistake: When Snow White is lying in the glass coffin, the Dwarfs remove the glass top and kneel around her, but in the next wideshot Grumpy and Sneezy have switched positions with each other.

Continuity mistake: When Snow White opens the door to the cottage of the Seven Dwarfs, there's a latch hook attached to the door handle, but when the Dwarfs return home and Doc opens the door that latch is gone, but it's back again when Dopey slams into the door.

Satan's Witches - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: When Starsky and Hutch are driving up to Dobey's cabin, park near the lake, and then drive into town for supplies, the car's license plate is attached to the driver's side of the front bumper as it should be, but when they're in town the plate is now attached to the passenger side of the bumper, and it's not a flipped shot. At the end, when Hutch tells Starsky he wants to leave, the license plate is back where it should be.

Continuity mistake: When Bryan is interrogating the man using the electrical chair, after he flips the switch the first time, Bryan is seen taking off his tie. However, after Bryan flips the switch the second time, in one of his closeups Bryan is wearing the tie, but in following shots the tie is gone again. (01:05:35)

Continuity mistake: After the Queen's transformation into the Witch she heads to the Dwarfs' cottage, and when it cuts to the shot of Doc leaving the cottage there are two steps at the front door, but in the next shot there's only one step. The steps change in other shots as well.
