Continuity mistake: When Jan's in the backyard checking on the cloud and moon set decorations being painted by Marcia and Cindy, there's less "dark and gloomy" paint actually painted on the cloud after Cindy stands up with the smiley moon. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe, Chandler, Monica, and Joey are eating the organic wax, Monica has her feet up on the wall with her legs crossed left over right, but in Joey's closeups when he asks about needing a new walk, Monica's legs are crossed right over left. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When Monica and Phoebe get excited about being a "Waxine girl", Monica puts the mop upright against the counter and the mop falls over, but in Phoebe's closeup we see the mop is still upright behind her. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: While Monica's preparing her shake in the blender she asks Rachel about the anniversary dinner, and when Rachel tells her that she and Ross broke up, Monica throws the blender lid and it flies over the counter, but in the next shot the lid is back in Monica's hand, and then it vanishes again. Continuity mistake: After the drive-by shooting at the Federal Building, when Owen and Sam escort the defector and his girlfriend into the sedan, the license plate number is "5GOI417" which soon changes to "5PCI294" when Sam drives backwards. Then it changes back to "5GOI417" when Owen and Sam leave the car, and yet it's "5PCI294" again when Owen points his gun at the camera.

Continuity mistake: When Bilbo brings the two bowls of stew for Fili and Kili there's a spoon in each of the bowls, but after Bilbo sets down the bowls one of the spoons has vanished when he picks up the bowls again in the closeup, but the spoon reappears when they run after the Mountain Trolls.

Continuity mistake: When Andy finds the old newspaper clipping in Helen's box he tucks it into his pocket, but when he's looking at the clipping while he's at the office the newsprint on the back is entirely different. Then when Howard reads it the newsprint changes yet again.

Continuity mistake: When Opie asks his father how to spell the word "Renaissance," Aunt Bee holds a plate of assorted cookies, but when she stands up and heads to the kitchen the type of cookies on her plate have changed.

Continuity mistake: While Harry is communicating with Riddle's diary, after the words "let me take you back fifty years ago" appear on the page, the ink pot's lid is open as the diary pages flip and Harry lifts the book, but in the shot from Harry's POV we see the ink pot lid closed, then the lid is open again when Harry's transported.

Continuity mistake: When Major Pollock sits down at his table in the dining room, he takes the napkin's ring off and after it falls he places the ring on the table and the napkin on his lap, but when John says, "Good morning," the Major's napkin is rolled in its ring and back on the table, then it's gone again. Continuity mistake: On the train, when Ron introduces Harry to Scabbers there are two Jelly Slugs lying on Ron's leg - one red-green and one yellowish-brown, but when Ron casts the spell on Scabbers both Jelly Slugs are red-green, and then it switches back again. (00:36:40)

Continuity mistake: When Stephanie steps into the petting zoo trailer her right sleeve is rip-free, but in the next shot as she walks in and takes a seat on the bale of hay, suddenly there are 2-3 large holes in her right sleeve.

Continuity mistake: When Gordon goes looking for James, who ran off to find Spot, there's a sticker on the wall behind Gordon in the closeup which vanishes in the following shots, but reappears when they're in the mail truck together.

Continuity mistake: While Gino and Arliss are at the restaurant stressing about finding the dog, Gino tells Arliss that he hates Tommy because he has no respect, and when the cell phone rings two cans of dog food suddenly appear on the table in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: When Gino and Arliss are given the contract to kill Agent 11, note the distinctive pattern on the shirt Arliss is wearing - particularly the collars, which keeps changing even within the same scenes. Though the actor's wardrobe consisted of black shirts of the same style, their patterns varied. For example, during the scene at the pet store there are at least three different patterns seen on his shirt. The same thing happens again later with a different shirt Arliss is wearing, after the scenes of Gino and Arliss at the dog training facility.
