Continuity mistake: When Sam, who is wearing boxers, is running from away Frenzy there is a large tear on his left sleeve, at the elbow. When Sam reaches the fence Frenzy attacks him, and as Sam covers his head with his arms we see the tear is gone from his left sleeve (viewer's right). (00:54:05)

Continuity mistake: When Barricade interrogates Sam about the glasses, the cracks on the shattered glass windshield under Sam disappear, reappear and change characteristics between the interior (inside the car), overhead and close-up shots. (00:50:35)

Continuity mistake: After Sam is knocked off the pink bike, he ends up on the ground as Barricade, aka the police cruiser, drives forward causing Sam to keep backing up, which leaves the bike near the back of the cruiser. Continuity mistake: When Maggie arrives at Glen's house, in the shot facing him as he shouts at his grandmother, Maggie's open empty right hand is up just as it cuts to the next shot, but now her compact is in her right hand. (00:45:45)

Continuity mistake: At the Pentagon, when Maggie is sitting with her team of 'experts' and one suggests Iran, in the shot facing Maggie's back her file folder is closed and lying on the table in front of her, but in the next shot, she closes the open folder. Between these two shots, the analyst to her right goes from holding his headset by his ear, to holding a pen on the book in front of him. (00:27:50)

Continuity mistake: During Sam's family genealogy report, when he holds up Captain Witwicky's glasses to show the class, there are cracks in certain areas of both lenses. Those cracks actually change position and characteristics when we see the glasses elsewhere in the film, such as on eBay and when Prime explains their importance to Sam and Mikaela when they first meet. Continuity mistake: After class when Sam rushes to his father, who is waiting in his car, and tells him that he got an A-, the license plate is affixed to the front bumper. At the start of the next shot, the front license plate is gone, but it then reappears when they arrive at Bobby B's. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: After buying the sunglasses and baseball cap, Bobby sneaks into the church alongside the nuns. Then we see four cars pull up beside the van and agents exit, but on the monitor that Grasso is watching only three cars full of agents have pulled up to the van before those agents exit.

Continuity mistake: When Marguerite threatens to toss 'Utopia' into the fireplace, she holds the book out to her left, where the fireplace and its roaring fire are located. When Danielle hands over the glass slippers, Marguerite moves her arm from her side and proceeds to forcefully throw the book down directly in front of her (between Marguerite and Danielle, who face each other). Odd though, how in the next close-up 'Utopia' is shown having been tossed straight into the fire to burn, as Danielle screams. (01:13:35)

Continuity mistake: When Danielle is up in the tree, Henry and the Gypsy begin to fight. That Gypsy is wearing a greenish hood/shawl over his shoulders, which suddenly disappears and then reappears between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Henry returns with Leonardo's container, the master painter promptly removes the painting. The servant behind Leonardo holds the tube with his right hand and closes the Fleur-de-lis clasp with his left hand, but next shot his hands have switched. (00:23:40)
