Continuity mistake: While Caitlin and Tony are at the hospital in Jeremy Davison's room, when Michelle walks in there are two closeups of Jeremy handcuffed to the bed rail. In the first closeup the handcuff is around his wrist with the double bar facing up, but in the second closeup as Caitlin uncuffs him it's the opposite way, with the single bar facing up. (00:27:55)

Continuity mistake: When Abby walks into the lab carrying the box with the Beretta Cougar she is barehanded, and two shots later she's wearing her latex gloves as she reaches for the bullet, but next shot she's barehanded again as she picks up the bullet to show Gibbs. Then, when Abby thanks Gibbs for getting her out of the sensitivity training, the latex gloves suddenly reappear, but they disappear in the next shot. (00:12:10)

Continuity mistake: When Gibbs asks Abby to estimate how much time Wilkerson has in the car trunk, just as Abby says, "Depends on the age of the car," this shot is flipped, note Abby's neck tattoo switches sides. (00:10:25)

Continuity mistake: While Gibbs and McGee are searching the dock area for Ziva and Tony they find the dead terrorist, and in all shots of the deceased his arms are raised, but in the one overhead long shot the arms are down by his sides. (00:23:25)

Continuity mistake: When Nasser is brought to the interrogation room to meet with Agent Cassidy, at first the handcuff is around Nasser's left wrist with its single metal bar facing out, but when Cassidy says, "Now please," Nasser's handcuff is on the opposite way, with its double bar facing out. Continuity mistake: When Gibbs rejects the agent's file, Cynthia reaches for the ringing telephone with her right hand and Gibbs stops her with his left hand, but in the closeup Gibbs has his right hand on Cynthia's left hand. The closeup is a flipped shot, note their watches. (00:03:05)

Continuity mistake: When Ethan wakes up in the hospital he realises he's handcuffed to the bed. In the closeup of his right hand, the handcuff is around his wrist with its single metal bar facing out and the double bar facing Ethan, but when the nurse moves his gurney the handcuff is around his right wrist the opposite way, with the double bars facing out. Quite impossible for this to occur. (00:31:50)

Continuity mistake: When Magnum is with Dave at the radio station requesting his help as an audio engineer, Magnum's wearing the white Polo Ralph Lauren safari animal print shirt, and when it cuts to Magnum at the security office at Lee's building, now the animal print pattern is different, though he's still wearing the same style shirt. Continuity mistake: While Luther is wearing the red and black Hawaiian shirt with palm trees design, the shirt's pattern changes within Luther's scenes although the style of the shirt stays the same. It then reverts to the original pattern. (00:17:10)

Continuity mistake: When Kaimi gives Magnum the address of the woman he's been asking about, Magnum is wearing the tan Polo Ralph Lauren shirt with the safari animal print, and when Magnum drives out to the woman's home, Magnum's shirt is still the same style, but the animal pattern is different. Continuity mistake: When Higgins states Walker's photo is a fake which confirms Magnum's suspicions, Magnum is wearing the white Polo Ralph Lauren shirt with the safari animal print. Then when it cuts to Magnum back at HPD handing Page the arrest report with the fake photo, the animal pattern on Magnum's shirt is entirely different, though he's still wearing the same style shirt. Continuity mistake: At the guesthouse, when TC is telling Magnum about his "modern coaching" videotaping technique, in the wide shot Rick is standing beside the TV with the VCR on top, but in the closeup it's an entirely different TV, with no visible VCR atop it. (00:12:20)

Continuity mistake: When Ron Templeton hands Magnum the manila envelope, in the shot facing Magnum as he pulls the photo out of the envelope, we can easily see the image from the back side of the photograph. In this shot the man in the photo is wearing a suit jacket, white shirt, tie, with nothing on his head, but in the next closeup of the photograph Quang Ki is wearing a uniform and cap. The same thing happens again later, when Magnum is in his VA hospital room. (00:32:30 - 00:36:30)

Continuity mistake: While Magnum is at Page's desk looking at the NYC arrest report, it cuts to Doheny at the estate as he opens his suitcase and lifts the gold picture frame. The problem is, in this shot the black easel back has been inserted within the gold frame upside down, note the frame's open end. Then in the next shot, the easel back is inserted properly within the frame. (00:33:00)

Continuity mistake: When Magnum answers the phone call from John Costa he's wearing the new shirt with a striped colorful pattern, which was a birthday present from his mother. During Magnum's introduction to Costa in the alley, the style of Magnum's shirt is the same, but the striped pattern has changed. Then the pattern changes again when Magnum returns home bruised. Continuity mistake: When Higgins and Del Haynes leave the house Higgins is wearing his camo vest and hat, which he wears throughout the episode until the end. Though the style of his hat and vest remain the same, the actual camouflage pattern on both the hat and vest changes. There are two different hats and three different vests. The changes even occur between shots, such as during the scene at the end when Higgins returns to the estate.
