Continuity mistake: When the injured tank driver appears in the open hatch while Margaret's yelling at him, he does not have a bushy mustache, but in the next shot in the OR we hear Margaret telling Potter about the tank driver while they're operating on him, and when the camera pulls in closer we see that he has a big bushy mustache. Continuity mistake: While everyone's gathered for their last evening together, taking turns telling what their life will be like when they get home, there are three closeups of Kellye in which we see that her caduceus insignia pin is on her right lapel and her First Lieutenant bar is on her left lapel, though it should be the opposite way, and her closeups are not flipped. The pins are on the proper side in other shots of Kellye during the episode.

Continuity mistake: After Klinger presses Potter about getting rid of the tank Potter tells Klinger to act like a sergeant, and in the shot from Potter's office Klinger walks out with both of his helmet straps hanging loose, but when it cuts to him walking into the outer office one of the straps is suddenly gone. Continuity mistake: When Father Mulcahy releases the locked up POWs, in the following explosion Father Mulcahy is knocked to the ground and his eyeglasses are still on his face properly, but in the next shot when BJ rushes to his side the eyeglasses are on the ground behind Mulcahy's head, and BJ did not remove them.

Continuity mistake: When Lucy's locked out on the penthouse balcony, Ethel places the broom handle through the small round finger hole of the scissors, with the large oval finger hole to the right of the round hole and the blades pointing out, then holds the scissors in place as she puts the broom over the balcony rail. When Lucy retrieves them from the broom, the scissors have flipped over. The blades are pointing out and the broom handle is still through the small round finger hole, but now the large oval hole is to the left of the round hole. (Impossible to do on its own. Try it). Hollywood Anniversary - S4-E24
Continuity mistake: In season 2, "The Anniversary Present," Lucy has the 19th circled on the wall calendar, which is the date of their wedding anniversary, but in this episode when the license bureau in Greenwich, Connecticut sends Ricky a telegram with their wedding date, it's now on the 7th.

Continuity mistake: After the maid sees Lucy sleeping on the couch and leaves, in the next shot the clock reads 10:00 and Lucy wakes up, but when Lucy checks the bedroom and walks back into the living room, the clock now reads 6:40. (00:16:25)

Continuity mistake: At the start, when the Pontiac convertible turns into the driveway of what should be the Beverly Palms Hotel, the sign with the real name of the hotel can be seen, which reads Beverly Carlton Hotel.

Continuity mistake: When Ethel asks her old friend Billy to take a group photo of her with Fred and the Ricardos, Ethel poses with everyone as Billy takes only one shot of them together, but when Lucy reads the newspaper article Ethel is posed differently in the cropped "group" picture. Continuity mistake: When Ricky stops the car and backs up trying to locate Aunt Sally's, Lucy gets out of the car wearing a coat and a pantsuit underneath, but in the exterior shot she's wearing a skirt set when she walks over to the shed to read the sign. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: After Fred secures the chain lock to the front door, with the chain mounted onto the frame of the door, Fred then slides the chain into the door's slide-catch to show Lucy the "burglarproof chain." When Ethel opens the door the chain itself is ripped off the frame, leaving the chain (and the piece that was screwed to the frame) dangling from the slide-catch attached to the door, but in Ethel's closeup the chain is still mounted to the door's frame. Continuity mistake: After Mike's mother tells him that she heard a prowler, when it cuts to Mike and Carl showing up at her house we see that the window is wide open, but when they move in closer ordering the "sicko" to come out of the hedge, the window is closed as it should be, until Mike's mother opens it when she sees that the "pervert" is actually Kay. Continuity mistake: When Marcia takes her last turn placing a card at the top of the tall house of cards, in the shots facing her she's stressed about accidentally collapsing the cards so she holds back her charm bracelet with her left hand, but in the first shot facing the three boys Marcia's left arm is down at her side and the charm bracelet is dangling at her wrist, right beside the cards. Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, in the exterior shot when Jan and Peter rush through the patio door Jan doesn't have a ribbon in her hair, but in the interior shot suddenly there's a long red yarn ribbon in Jan's hair.

Continuity mistake: After Judy boots Nick's stroller, when she tells Nick that bunnies are good at multiplying she turns the top white page inside her blue folder, so it's lying at the left side, but in the next closeup we see there's no paper at the left side and the 1040 tax form is the top page in the folder. Continuity mistake: When Judy catches the runaway donut sign that almost squashes Fru Fru, a bunch of little brown donut "crumbs" sprinkle all over the street around Fru Fru, but in the overhead shot of Fru Fru the street is perfectly clean. (00:30:25)

Continuity mistake: During Judy's chase, Duke Weaselton falls beside the large donut sign and the bag filled with flower bulbs lands on the street near the sign, but in the shot of Judy running down the street yelling, "Stop right there" the bag has moved much further up the road beside double yellow road lines. Then, after Weaselton kicks the donut and it rolls down the street, the bag has vanished from both areas, though the bag reappears after Judy saves Fru Fru.

Continuity mistake: After Judy apologizes to Nick they drive off in her truck, and in the first shot of them we see two strips of red tape on the seat back - one over the veggies and one behind Nick. In the next shot facing Judy, there's no Nick where he should be (note the tape), and in the next shot facing Nick, the veggies are closer to Judy (again, note the tape). Then Judy holds her arm out to show Nick the picture of Duke and her phone is beside the tape that should be behind Nick, but in the shot facing Nick, Judy's phone isn't even past the veggies.

Continuity mistake: When Judy heads into her first roll call at ZPD, the bulletin board is on the front wall with all the missing victims' photos, but when Chief Bogo walks in some of the photos are rearranged and there are more photos.
