Continuity mistake: At the end, when the Tenth Doctor steps into his TARDIS, there are three sets of cups and saucers on the side of the bench farthest from the TARDIS, and Clara's set in the middle of the bench, but as the TARDIS fades away, there are two sets on each end of the bench.(01:14:10)
Continuity mistake: When the War Doctor kisses Clara goodbye, his tea cup rests on top of the saucer, but when he steps into his TARDIS the cup sits on the bench, beside the saucer.
Continuity mistake: When Clara and the Doctor watch the lights going out, they first stand in front of the chair, but when the Doctor notes that some planes have WiFi, they stand behind the chair. That chair switches from in front of them to behind them another couple of times.(00:25:03)
Continuity mistake: In Neverland, the piece of cake that Rumplestiltskin wishes for changes during this scene, with regard to the amount of chocolate, white cream, etc, and also its position on the wood after Rumple puts it down.(00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: In Neverland, when Rumplestiltskin's father tells him to think of a food, a slice of cake appears in the palm of the boy's hand. When Rumple walks to place the cake down, suddenly there's a round, white doily under the slice, but when he sets the cake on the wood the doily is gone again.(00:16:50)
Continuity mistake: When they are back in the cemetery at the end, the Angel shows up right behind Rory. In the first shot facing Rory, as the camera zooms in on a close-up of the Angel, the Angel's right arm/hand is pointing straight out, and its left open hand is up in a grabbing position. After River asks where the hell it came from, in the Angel's next close-up and all subsequent close-ups, its arm/hand positions are reversed - left hand is pointing straight out and its right hand is up. Yet in every shot of the Doctor, River and Amy together, in the foreground we see the Angel's left hand is up in the grabbing position.(00:37:35)
Continuity mistake: When Squad 51 heads out on the first call, Roy pushes the tool cart up against the wall map and the rear apparatus bay door is down, but in the next wide shot as they head down the driveway, the tool cart is gone and the rear door is raised all the way up.
Continuity mistake: After Gage opens the baby layette wrapping, he and DeSoto exit the kitchen to answer a phone call. When dispatch calls on Engine 51, the rest of the guys start to pile out of the kitchen, but in the next overhead shot the guys are actually exiting the doorway that leads to the locker room, not the kitchen. The interior of Station 51's setup when facing it is, to the right are Captain Stanley's office and the kitchen, and on the opposite side to the left are the sleeping quarters and locker room.
Continuity mistake: During Roy and Johnny's rescue of the sky diver, the stuntmen are not wearing the fire department uniform shoes, they are wearing different shoes, and Roy's watch differs as well.
Continuity mistake: When DeSoto unbuttons the police officer's shirt, one of the clear, round, self-adhesive pads is already on his chest, before DeSoto places any of the ECG electrodes.
Continuity mistake: When the police officer has chest pains, DeSoto places the ECG electrode discs onto his chest. In the close-ups, the right disc has a black lead head, but otherwise the right disc has a white lead head.
Continuity mistake: When Manny stamps Buffy's card in the time clock, he hands the time card to her with his right hand, but in the next shot facing Buffy, Manny hands the card to Buffy with his left hand.
Continuity mistake: When Timothy shows Buffy how to use the grill, there is a wood-handled grill press, and another tool, right in front of the button panel. However, after he says, "It eliminates variation," in the close-up as he presses the button, both tools as well as the transparent plastic glove he wears have all vanished. (Another mistake notes a different close-up with a disappearing glove.)(00:17:25)
Continuity mistake: When Buffy is assigned to the grill, as Timothy explains the process he's wearing a short-sleeved orange/white stripe uniform. In the close-up, when he places the second patty on the grill, Timothy is wearing a 3/4 sleeve, dark blue shirt.(00:17:15)
Continuity mistake: After Frankie and Brick get soaked at the car wash, when they're in the bathroom, the towel around Brick keeps flipping between its dark stripe side and its light stripe side, depending on the angle of the shot.
Continuity mistake: Cristina walks in during the party with two containers of cupcakes, places them on the side table and walks out. When Alex opens the lid and starts picking at the cupcake toppings, in the shots facing him the top container lid is wide open, but in shots facing Meredith the lid is closed and the cupcakes are untouched.(00:40:20)
Continuity mistake: After Lisa's creation, in the car Wyatt's left hand is resting on the back of Lisa's seat, but when Lisa asks why Gary chose the name Lisa, Wyatt's hand is gone, only to reappear and disappear again depending on the angle of the shot.
Continuity mistake: When Gary grabs the FDX system unit (Memotech), the monitor (with green text) which sits atop the system unit falls backwards, and he then throws the system unit out the window. However, the FDX unit is back on the desk, with the monitor atop it (they are between the display monitor and feed scanner), when the boys are on the floor.
Continuity mistake: During the storm of Lisa's creation, when Wyatt shouts to hang up the phone, Gary leans over Wyatt's arm and places the handset back onto the phone base. However, after Gary shouts, "What's going on?" the handset is still on the modem.
Continuity mistake: In the gym, when Ian and Max walk up behind Gary and Wyatt, there is a closeup of their feet, and we see that the left laces on Gary's high tops are laced all the way up, tied snugly. However, when Ian and Max pull down the boys' shorts, in this close-up Gary's laces are only midway up the high top's eyelets, loose and untied.(00:01:25)
