Continuity mistake: When Kirk and Spock successfully activate a subsonic transmitter, it cuts to a closeup of a spade's metal blade breaking the soil ground, but in the next wide shot Sulu and DeSalle are using two spades made entirely of wood. (00:44:45)

Continuity mistake: Kirk and the others are beamed down to the planet, and when the Enterprise crew are led into Mudd's throne room by two Alice androids (the Alice series are 500 identical androids) they are wearing the usual metallic, backless, kitten heel slip-ons, but in the next shot android Alice at the left is now wearing altogether different shoes - cream color with ankle-straps. Continuity mistake: When Aunt Bee leaves the house holding her suitcase, in the interior shot the suitcase lid faces out as Bee exits the front door, but in the next exterior shot the suitcase now faces the opposite way (note the rivets) as Bee continues to walk out the front door. (00:04:05)

Continuity mistake: At the end, when the guys are standing poolside holding their beers, none are wearing watches and all are barefoot, but after Kahn tells Hank his dream of an Olympic size pool, Hank and Dale are wearing watches and Kahn is wearing flip-flops. (00:20:30)

Continuity mistake: When Reed and Malloy go to the boxing gym's office the first time, the name on the door's glass window is spelled as "Fredie" and he's the owner and manager, but in the end credits James McEachin's first name is listed as "Freddy." (00:03:15 - 00:24:15)

Continuity mistake: After Cissy and Danny leave for the concert, when Sharon follows the twins into the kitchen she's wearing tan pointed toe pumps, but in the next shot Sharon places her purse on the kitchen counter then heads toward the table, and now she's wearing very different shoes (the actress is wearing some type of fringe moccasins). Continuity mistake: At the end, while the Bassetts and Karen Hathaway are at Rockford's trailer, there's still damage to the door's wood trim from the earlier shooting, but when the couple exit the trailer all of that damage disappears, between shots. (00:44:10 - 00:44:55)

Continuity mistake: While Rocky and Jim are at the trailer discussing jury duty, when George and Fran Bassett arrive Jim tells them to come in. In the shot facing them, as they climb up the exterior steps and walk through the doorway, changes occur; there are four holes in the door trim, there's only about three inches space between the shutters and doorway, the toggle switch is down. Next shot, the four holes are gone, space between the shutters and doorway significantly increased, and the toggle switch is now up. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: When Rocky pushes Jim to listen to Val's message, Jim stands between his desk and the wall then reaches over with his left hand (wearing the watch) to hit the play button, but in the closeup it's Jim's right hand turning the machine on, and it's from the other side of the desk. Continuity mistake: While Danny and Waylon Gates are with Rodriguez at the safe house, showing him the photograph of his daughters, during this scene there is no picture hanging on the wall beside the door, but as they lead Rodriguez out in the last shot of the scene, a picture suddenly appears on that wall. The Joker's Hard Times (2) - S2-E38
Continuity mistake: At GCPD HQ, when Commissioner Gordon decides to call Batman he removes the Batphone's acrylic dome cover and lifts the red receiver, still holding it when Joker shows up. Then, when Joker announces his next target is Libra the scales, in the next shot from a different angle, the Batphone is now untouched under the acrylic dome, between shots. (00:02:55)
